바이든<정부>는 <동맹>이란 미명하에 자행되는 교활한 내정간섭을 당장 중단하라!

1. 바이든<정부>가 미남정상회담을 앞두고 <철통같은 동맹을 확인할 것>이라고 강변했다. 14일 미백악관대변인 사키는 <두정부 국민과 경제사이의 광범위하고 깊은 유대관계를 강조할 것>이라며 경제적 착취까지 포함한 전방위적인 대남내정간섭을 예고했다. 미국무부는 새로운 대북정책을 공개할 계획은 없으며 <코리아반도의 완전한 비핵화가 우리의 목표>라고 떠들었다. 미상원의회는 13일 <미남동맹결의안>을 발의해 <북의 비핵화달성과 인권증진을 위해 지속적으로 협력>, <미일남 3국간 긴밀한 공조>를 내세우며 남정권을 압박했다.
2. 바이든<정부>는 제국주의패권전략에 따른 대북적대시책동을 관철하는데 사활을 걸고 있다. 북비핵화와 인권문제를 <투트랙>으로 다루겠다며 대북제재의 완화나 유예를 위한 <선결조건>으로 <북인권>을 운운하며 대북고립압살책동을 벌이고 있다. 동시에 북침핵전쟁연습의 일환으로 미전략자산을 코리아반도주변에 집결시키고 11일부터 5일간 일본·호주·프랑스와 4개국합동군사연습을 실시했다. 6월에는 미·일·남공군이 참여하는 레드플래그21-2전쟁연습이 예정돼있다.
3. 바이든<정부>의 대남내정간섭은 우리민중에 대한 주권침해이자 우리민족에 대한 분열책동이다. 최근 열린 19차미남통합국방협의체에서는 <동맹간 긴밀한 유대관계를 재확인>했다며 군사적 결탁을 노골적으로 드러냈다. 일련의 상황은 바이든<정부>의 내정간섭이 미군을 바탕으로 하고 있으며 코리아반도의 핵전쟁과 민족분열을 심화시키는 위험천만한 침략만행임을 증시한다. 역사적 경험은 반제자주세력에 의해 제국주의침략세력이 패배한다는 것을 보여준다. 바이든<정부>는 교활한 내정간섭을 당장 중단하고 미군을 철거해야 한다.

Biden administration must immediately stop crafty intervene in the internal affairs of South Corea that perpetrated under the guise of “alliance”!

1. Biden administration strongly asserted that “it will highlight the ironclad alliance.”, U.S.-South Corea Summit ahead. On May 14th, Jen Psaki, the White House Spokesperson, said “we will highlight the broad and deep ties between our governments, people, and economies.” and insinuated the total directional internal affairs of South Corea that including economic exploitation. The U.S. Department of State said there are no plans to reveal a new policy toward North Corea, saying “their ultimate goal is the complete denuclearization of the Corean Peninsula.” The U.S. Senate committee proposed the “South Corea-U.S. alliance resolution”, on the 13th, to pressure the South Corean regime, asserting “continuous cooperation to achieve the denuclearization and promote human rights of North Corea.”, “close coordination between the U.S., Japan and South Corea.”
2. Biden administration is betting life and death into carrying out hostile maneuver against North Corea based on imperialist hegemony strategy. They are conducting maneuvers of isolation and squeezing against North Corea mentioning “human rights on North Corea” as a “precondition” for ease or suspension of sanction on North Corea, saying they will deal with denuclearization of North Corea and human rights issues as a “two-track”. At the same time, they assembled the U.S. strategic assets around the Corean Peninsula and conducted joint military drills with Japan, Australia, and France for five days from May 11th, as part of the nuclear war exercise against North Corea. In June, Red Flag-Alaska 21-2 war exercise, participating the U.S., Japan, and South Corea air force is scheduled.
3. Biden administration’s intervention in the internal affairs of South Corea is an infringement on the sovereignty against our people and a divisive maneuver against our nation. In a recent 19th Korea-U.S. Integrated Defense Dialogue (KIDD), they openly showed military collusion, saying “reaffirming the close bonds of the Alliance”. A series of situations proves that the Biden administration’s intervention in the internal affairs is based on the U.S. military and it is extremely dangerous, aggressive brutality that intensify the nuclear war and national division of the Corean Peninsula. Historical experience shows that imperialist aggressors are defeated by anti-imperialist independent forces. Biden administration must immediately stop crafty intervene in the internal affairs of South Corea and withdraw U.S. troops from South Corea.
