바이든<정부>는 침략적인 미일남3각동맹을 해체하고 미군을 철거하라!
- 미남외교장관이 <미일남3각동맹>의 강화를 거듭 주장했다. 12일 미국무장관 블링컨과 남외교장관 정의용은 <미남동맹이 동북아시아와 인도태평양지역, 이를 넘어서 평화·안보·번영의 핵심축>이라면서 <코리아반도비핵화> 등에서 <미일남협력>을 강조했다. 16일 미국방부인도태평양담당차관보지명자 라트너는 <미일남3국협력은 대북전략의 핵심>, <세나라간 공조와 정보공유는 북의 탄도미사일격퇴역량을 갖추는데 핵심요소>라고 떠들었다. 미일남은 미대북특별대표 성김의 방남기간 3자협의 및 북핵수석대표협의를 가질 예정이다.
- 바이든<정부>가 주창하는 <미일남동맹>은 본질에서 대북침략동맹이다. 특히 미일동맹은 미국의 아시아·태평양지배전략과 일본의 동북아지배야욕을 실현하려는 군사적 결탁이며 정치적 야합이다. 지난 4월 미일정상회담기간에 맞춰 일육상자위대가 미군을 비롯한 다국적군과의 야외실기동연습계획을 발표하는 등 각종 군사연습을 감행했다. 5월에는 북의 해상불법환적 등을 구실로 미군의 무인정찰기들이 일본에 배치됐다. 미미사일방어청은 <북미사일위협>이라는 미명하에 내년 8월 미일남미사일경보북침핵전쟁연습을 예고했다. 미일은 북침전쟁도발망동에 남을 끌어들이려 획책하고 있다.
- <미일남동맹>이 강화될수록 코리아반도와 세계의 평화와 안전은 철저히 파괴된다. 제국주의침략군대 미군은 민족분열의 원흉이며 조국분단의 근원이다. 마찬가지로 일본군국주의세력은 일제강점기 대동아공영권>을 망상하며 일본군성노예제·강제징용 등의 갖가지 반인류범죄를 저지른 일제침략세력에 뿌리를 두고 있다. 파탄난 남북관계와 일촉즉발의 전쟁위기국면에 미일의 검은 속내가 비껴있다. 바이든<정부>는 북침핵전쟁을 현실화하려는 위험천만한 <미일남3각동맹>을 해체하고 당장 미군부터 철거해야 한다. 시간은 결코 미국편이 아니다.

Biden administration must dismantle the aggressive trilateral alliance among the U.S., Japan, and South Corea and must withdraw the U.S. troops from South Corea!
- The U.S.-South Corea foreign minister repeatedly insisted on reinforcing of the “trilateral alliance between the U.S., Japan, and South Corea.” On June 12th, the U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken and South Corean Foreign Minister Chung Eui-yong emphasized “the U.S., Japan, and South Corea cooperation” in the “denuclearization of the Corean Peninsula,” saying the “U.S.-South Corea alliance is a key pillar of peace, security and prosperity in Northeast Asia, the Indo-Pacific and beyond.” Ely Ratner, the U.S. Assistant Secretary of Defense for Indo-Pacific Affairs, said on June 16th that “the U.S.-Japan-South Corea trilateral cooperation is a central element of the strategy toward North Corea,” “cooperation and intelligence sharing between the three countries are key to North Corea’s ability to repel ballistic missiles.” The U.S., Japan and South Corea will hold a meeting of trilateral consultations and North chief nuclear negotiator talks during the visit of Sung Kim who is the U.S. State Department’s special representative for North Corea.
- The “U.S.-Japan-South Corea alliance” asserted by the Biden administration is an aggressive alliance against North Corea in essence. In particular, the U.S.-Japan alliance is a military collusion and a political conspiracy to realize the U.S. strategy of domination in Asia-Pacific and Japan’s ambition to dominate Northeast Asia. In time for the U.S.-Japan summit last April, Japanese ground self-defense forces conducted various military exercises, such as announcing the plan of Field Training Exercise with multinational forces including the U.S. forces. In May, the unmanned aerial vehicles of the U.S. forces were deployed in Japan under the pretext of North Corea’s illegal transshipment at the sea. The U.S. Missile Defense Agency announced that the U.S., Japan and South Corea will hold the Missile warning nuclear war exercise against North Corea in August next year under the guise of the “missile threat of North Corea.” The U.S. and Japan are plotting to involve South Corea in irrational acts that provoke the war against North Corea.
- As the U.S.-Japan-South Corea alliance is strengthened, the peace and security of the Corean Peninsula and the world will be exhaustively destroyed. The imperialist aggressive forces U.S. troops are the main culprit of national division and the roots of the division of Corea. Likewise, Japanese militaristic forces have their rooted in the Japanese imperialism aggressive forces that have committed various crimes against humanity, such as Japanese military sexual slavery and forced labor, fantasizing the delusional about the Greater East Asia Coprosperity Sphere in the Japanese occupation period. The U.S.-Japan’s dark intention is reflected in the broken inter-Corean relations and imminent war crisis situation. The Biden administration must dismantle the treacherous trilateral alliance among the U.S., Japan, and South Corea that are trying to actualize the nuclear war against North Corea, and must withdraw the U.S. troops from South Corea now. Time is never on the side of the U.S..
