3일(현지시간) 세르비아 SKOJ(유고슬라비아공동주의청년동맹)이 긴급성명을 내고 윤석열의 비상계엄령선포를 강력히 규탄했다.

<한국>의 파쇼쿠데타를 멈춰라! 윤석열 퇴진하라!
남코리아의 파쇼대통령 윤석열이 오늘 밤 계엄령을 선포했다. <한국>군대와 미점령군의 지원을 받아 윤석열은 모든 정치활동, 파업(현재 진행중인 의사파업 포함)을 전면금지하고, 이를 48시간내 종료하지 않을 경우 가혹한 처벌을 경고했으며, 국회의 기능까지도 정지시켰다. 그는 계엄령을 선포한 이유를 <종북, 반국가세력>으로부터 <<대한민국>의 자유헌정질서>를 보호하기 위해서라고 주장했다.
그러나 <한국>국회는 계엄령과 군부의 조치를 불법으로 규정하는 결의안을 190표 찬성으로 통과시켰다. 계엄령을 선포하고 국회와 정당활동을 금지한 것은 미국과 일본의 전폭적인 지원을 받는 <한국>의 대통령이 자국민을 상대로 파시스트군사쿠데타를 진행하고 있는 것이다. 이번 계엄령은 대한민국이 마지막으로 계엄령을 선포했던 1980년 5월 광주민주화운동 이후 처음이다.
계엄령이 발효되며 <한국>의 파쇼정권은 특히 피디피를 포함한 야당, 노동조합, 반제국주의단체의 정치적 반대자들을 체포할 권한을 부여받게 된다. PDP(민중민주당)활동가들은 이미 올해 8월에 경찰로부터 탄압을 받았으며, NKPJ(유고슬라비아신공동주의당)와 SKOJ(유고슬라비아공동주의청년동맹)는 그들과의 연대를 여러차례 표명한 바 있다.
<한국>의 노동자들은 윤석열정권에 반대하는 시위를 몇주째 벌이고 있다. 그의 지지율은 부패, 열악한 노동조건과 노동계급의 생활수준, 그리고 전쟁을 부추기는 정책으로 인해 바닥을 치고 있다. 현재 <한국>정권은 미국과 일본과 함께 조선과의 전쟁을 도발하기 위해 모든 수단을 동원하고 있으며, 코리아반도의 긴장은 코리아전쟁 이후 최고조에 달했다.
SKOJ는 <한국>국민이 민주주의와 독립을 위해 벌이는 투쟁을 전폭적으로 지지하며, 특히 PDP당원들과 연대한다. SKOJ는 <한국>노동자들이 현재의 파쇼정권을 전복하고, 미군을 추방하며, <한국>의 점령상태를 끝내고, 진정한 민중민주를 이룰 것이라고 확신한다. 동시에, SKOJ는 코리아반도의 평화를 위해서는 <한국>의 탈나치화가 필수적이라는 점을 강조한다. 만약 남북간 갈등이 격화될 경우, 국제공동주의 및 반제운동은 김정은동지의 지도하에 있는 조선을 조건없이 지지해야 한다.
STOP THE FASCIST COUP IN SOUTH KOREA! REMOVE YOON SUK-YEOL!
The fascist President of South Korea, Yoon Suk-yeol, has declared martial law in the country tonight. With the support of the South Korean military and U.S. occupation forces, Yoon Suk-yeol has completely banned all political activities, strikes (including the ongoing doctors’ strike, which must end within 48 hours under threat of draconian penalties), and even the functioning of the National Assembly. According to him, martial law has been imposed to protect “liberal democracy in the Republic of Korea from pro-North Korean, communist, and anti-state forces.”
Despite the ban, the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea held a session during which, with 190 votes in favor, the president’s and military’s actions were declared unlawful. By imposing martial law and banning the Assembly and political parties, the South Korean president, wholeheartedly supported by the U.S. and Japan, is carrying out a fascist military coup against his own people. It is worth noting that martial law was last imposed in this country in May 1980, which was followed by the massacre of the rebellious people in the city of Gwangju.
The imposition of martial law allows South Korean fascists to arrest political opponents, primarily members of the People’s Democracy Party (PDP), a sister organization of the New Communist Party of Yugoslavia (NKPJ), as well as other opposition parties, trade unions, and anti-imperialist organizations. PDP activists were already targeted by the regime’s police in August this year, and NKPJ and SKOJ have expressed solidarity with their Korean comrades on several occasions.
Korean workers have been protesting against Yoon Suk-yeol’s regime for weeks. His unpopularity stems from corruption, catastrophic working conditions, and the living standards of the working class, as well as his warmongering policies. The current South Korean regime, together with the U.S. and Japan, is trying in every possible way to provoke a war with the DPRK, and tensions on the peninsula have reached their highest point since the end of the Korean War.
SKOJ (League of Communist Youth of Yugoslavia) fully supports and expresses solidarity with the people of South Korea in their fight for democracy and independence, especially with members of the People’s Democracy Party. SKOJ is confident that Korean workers will overthrow the current fascist regime, expel American troops, end the occupation of the southern part of their country, and establish true people’s democracy in that part of the peninsula. At the same time, SKOJ emphasizes that the denazification of the southern Korean peninsula is a prerequisite for lasting peace in this region of the world. In the event of an escalation of the conflict between the North and the South, the international communist and anti-imperialist movement must unconditionally support the DPRK, led by its leader, Comrade Kim Jong Un.
