세계반제플랫포옴(The World Anti-imperialist Platform)·반미투쟁본부가 주최하는 <제국주의침략책동분쇄! 반제자주세력승리!> 10월세계반제동시투쟁이 18일 정부종합청사앞에서 진행됐다.
세계반제플랫포옴은 2022년 프랑스 파리에서 결성한 이래 세계적 범위에서 반제국제컨퍼런스와 반제대중투쟁을 조직·전개하고 있다.
참가자들은 제국주의와 그 주구세력에 맞서 투쟁하다 먼저 간 열사들을 기리며 묵념하고 <임을위한행진곡>을 제창했다.
사회를 맡은 민중민주당(민중당)충남도당사무처장은 <동유럽에서 시작된 3차세계대전의 폭풍이 서아시아를 거쳐 동아시아로 불어닥치고 있는 현 시기, 제국주의의 침략과 약탈에 저항하여 <한국>과 베네수엘라 민중을 비롯한 세계민중의 투쟁이 폭넓게 벌어지고 있다.>고 전했다.
그러면서 <날강도 미국의 3500억강탈압박에 맞서 제국주의미국을 규탄하며 대미협상중단을 요구하고, 나아가 미군철거를 비롯하여 자주와 자존의 새로운 미래를 개척하고자 하는 우리민중의 투쟁은 더욱 가열해지는 추세다. 한편 트럼프는 CIA비밀작전을 승인했다면서 대놓고 마두로베네수엘라대통령에 대한 <암살작전>까지 벌이며 마두로정권을 붕괴시키려 발악하고 있다. 베네수엘라민중은 450만민병대를 조직해 반미항전의 결의를 다지고 있다.>고 강조했다.

이적미군철수투쟁본부공동상임대표는 <우리민중들은 끝까지 제국주의타도를 외쳐야 한다.>며 <대북적대정책을 반대해야 한다. 북조선은 우리와 같은 민족이다. 누가 뭐라고 해도 통일의 길은 열려있다. 북조선에서 <2국가론>을 이야기해도 궁극적으로는 통일을 지향하는 것이 그 목표점이다. 민중들이 귀와 눈을 막고 있을 때 적대국들은 더 좋아한다.>고 짚었다.
계속해서 <우리는 대북적대행동을 즉시 중지하라고 외쳐야 하며 또 대북적대전쟁연습을 못하게 막아야 한다. 미일<한>3각군사동맹을 반대해야 한다. 대북심리전의 일환으로 전개되는 모든 종류의 적대행동을 중지시켜야 한다.>며 <대북적대정책을 뒷받침하는 법과 제도를 철폐해야 한다.>, <조미<한> 평화협정체결운동을 끝까지 전개해야 된다. 우리의 조국은 우리의 기관차가 있다.>고 강조했다.
현필경미군기지환수연구소소장은 <주<한>미군은 최근에 수원기지에도 송탄공군기지의 전투기지원부대의 파견대를 만들었다고 한다. 송탄공군기지는 주<한>미군의 항공허브기지로, 수원기지도 제2의 송탄기지화하여 해외의 전투기와 무기들을 대거 받을 뿐 아니라 전시에는 폭포수처럼 쏟아질 해외군수물자를 양측 기지에서 처리하겠다는 의미로 볼수 있다.>고 분석했다.
아울러 <이전의 테러와의 전쟁에 맞게 편성된 현재의 육군이 북·중·러라는 최고의 강대국과 상대하기에 적합하지 않기에 이들과 대적하고자 새로 편성되어 시험중인 2000여명의 다영역작전부대도 일본과 <한국>에 나눠 배치될수 있다고 한다. 2기 트럼프의 정책 <바이블프로젝트2025>에는 동아시아의 제주도를 중요한 지역으로 언급하고, 올해 들어 제주도와 주변에서는 <한>미일 혹은 <한>미 군사연습이 맹렬하게 벌어지고, 전남 진도에 <한국>군이 이스라엘의 슈퍼그린파인레이더배치를 예고>했다고 밝혔다.
정우철민중민주당국제부위원장은 마차도노벨평화상수여에 대해 <베네수엘라에 대한 제국주의의 침략을 정당화하려고 하고 있다. 카리브해의 위협상황과 노벨상위원회의 행위는 베네수엘라를 향한 미국제국주의의 명백한 적대행위이자 베네수엘라민중의 주권과 자결권에 대한 침해다. 침해의도는 명확하다. 베네수엘라의 풍부한 천연자원에 쉽게 접근하기 위해 베네수엘라의 정권교체를 강요하려 하는 것이다.>라며 <라틴아메리카와 카리브에서의 군사적 충돌이 임박해있음을 알수 있다. 우리는 이러한 미국의 무책임한 군사도발을 규탄한다.>고 목소리를 높였다.
더해 <트럼프가 베네수엘라에 대항하고 베네수엘라의 평화에 반하는 작전을 수행하도록 한 CIA의 비밀작전에 권한을 부여한다는 내용의 공식성명에 즉각 규탄을 보낸다. 미제국주의가 이전 CIA에 이토록 파괴적인 명령을 공개적으로 지시한 적은 없었다.>며 <역사적으로 가장 평화로웠고 가장 안정적이었던 이 지역에서 전쟁이 발생하는 결과를 막고 이런 심각한 행위를 거부하며 평화를 지지하도록 베네수엘라민중과 더불어 전세계 평화를 애호하는 반제국주의자, 민중들과 끝까지 연대하고 투쟁할 것이다.>라고 결의했다.
한명희안학섭선생송환추진단공동단장 <무제한통화스와프를 미국에 구걸하지 말아야 한다. 스스로 노예의 올가미를 쓰고 죽는 길로 뛰어가지 말아야 한다. 그 협상의 종지부를 찍겠다는 트럼프의 방<한>을 결사반대하는 투쟁에 우리 모두 나서야 할 때다.>라고 호소했다.
계속해서 <3차세계대전의 폭풍이 동유럽에서 시작해서 서아시아를 거쳐 점점더 동아시아로 불고 있다. 서아시아전쟁은 아르메니아-아제르바이젠, 인도-파키스탄, 태국-캄보디아의 국지전을 통해 점차 동아시아로 이동하고 있다. 베네수엘라를 <제2의 시리아>로 만들겠다며 인근해에 구축함·잠수함·스텔스전폭기와 해병대를 동원해 해상작전을 펼치며 베네수엘라를 위협하는 것도 모자라 지상공습을 벌이겠다 협박하고 CIA비밀작전을 승인해 <베네수엘라마두로대통령암살작전>까지 벌이는 미국의 속셈은 석유를 강탈하기 위한 것이다. 제국주의세력은 3차세계대전을 본격화하기 위해 어느때보다도 집요하게 지역전쟁, 국지전, 군사블럭조직, 다영역전쟁연습, 색깔혁명 등 모든 수단과 방법을 가리지 않고 동원하고 있다.>고 지적했다.
이어 <그러나 <한국>에서도 대미투자요구를 거부하고 미군철거, 자주의 길로 가자는 반미투쟁이 번지고 있으며 베네수엘라민중들은 제국주의미국에 맞서 결사항전을 준비하고 있다. 전세계 곳곳에서 침략과 약탈이 심화될수록 제국주의에 맞선 전세계민중들의 반제반파쇼투쟁은 강화될 것이며 반드시 제국주의를 끝장내고 민중이 주인되는 세상을 만들 것이다.>라고 단언했다.
참가자들은 성명 <침략과 약탈의 원흉 제국주의를 타도하자!>를 발표한 뒤 <인터내셔널가>를 불렀다.

침략과 약탈의 원흉 제국주의를 타도하자!
미대통령 트럼프가 <한국>을 계속 압박하고 있다. 15일 트럼프가 <3500억달러 선불지급>을 또다시 내뱉었다. 3500억달러, 우리돈 500조원 <상납>은 트럼프의 1차요구다. 농산물시장개방과 2000억달러추가를 강요하며 나아가 미군주둔비 9배인상, 제조업지분과 캠프험프리스부지의 <소유>까지 망발하고 있다. 트럼프는 미국이 37조달러국가부채에 매년 1조달러이자가 지출되자 식민지<한국>의 모든 것을 빼앗기 위해 발광하고 있다. 이재명정부가 추진하는 통화스와프체결은 완전한 달러체제종속이며, 통화주권을 <미치광이전략>의 트럼프에게 쥐어주는 어리석고 무모한 만행이다. 트럼프정부와의 협상은 완전한 불평등협상이고 철저한 매국협상이다. 날강도 트럼프의 방<한>을 결사반대한다.
트럼프가 CIA비밀작전을 승인했다면서 대놓고 마두로베네수엘라대통령에 대한 <암살작전>까지 벌이고 있다. 트럼프는 <지상공습>을 망발하면서 최첨단살상무기들을 카리브해와 베네수엘라 북쪽상공에 전개시켰고, 빈라덴사살작전에 참여한 적 있는 <나이트스토커> 등 특수작전부대를 배치했다. 앞서 민간선박을 <마약카르텔선박>으로 탈바꿈해 민간인을 살해했고 <가짜깃발>작전까지 벌이며 침략책동을 격화시켰다. 극악무도한 <암살작전>의 진짜의도는 베네수엘라민중정권을 붕괴시켜 석유를 포함한 풍부한 천연자원을 강탈하기 위해서다. <여자네타냐후>로 악명높은 마차도의 <노벨전쟁상>수상은 제국주의침략세력의 대베네수엘라침략의 신호탄인가. 마차도가 <민주인사>로 탈바꿈되면서 트럼프는 베네수엘라침략의 <면죄부>를 얻었다. 미제국주의의 베네수엘라와의 전쟁은 곧 전체 라틴아메리카와의 전쟁이다.
팔레스타인전은 끝나지 않았다. 미국과 이스라엘은 하마스에게 이른바 <평화구상안>을 들이밀며 무장해제와 가자지구통치권박탈을 강압하고 있다. 하마스는 가지민중의 지지로 집권했으며, 그무장력은 가자지구민중의 자위권이다. <침략안>이자 <점령안>인 <평화구상안>을 하마스가 거부하는 것은 지극히 당연하다. 하마스는 무장해제를 거부하며 총동원령을 내렸다. 레바논 헤즈볼라도 <평화구상안>을 반대하며 <결사항전>을 선언했다. 이스라엘은 1단계협의로 이스라엘인질과 팔레스타인수감자가 맞교환되는 와중에도 가자시티와 라파의 민간인들을 사살하고, 레바논남부를 공격했다. 2023년 10월 전쟁이 시작된 이래 6만5000명이상 학살당했고, 가자지구의 90%이상 파괴됐다. 트럼프는 가자지구를 점령해 원주민을 밀어내고 리조트를 꾸밀 흉심을 노골화하고, 이스라엘파쇼무리들도 <부동산개발>을 망발하고 있다.

Let Us Defeat Imperialism, the Main Culprit of Invasion and Plunder!
US President Donald Trump continues to put pressure on the ‘Republic of Korea (ROK).’ On October 15, Trump once again blurted out about a ‘350 billion dollars prepayment.’ 350 billion dollars of “tribute”—500 trillion won in our currency—is Trump’s first demand. He is coercing the opening of the agricultural market and an additional 200 billion dollars, and furthermore, he is outrageously demanding a ninefold increase in US military stationing costs, the share of manufacturing industries, and even the ‘ownership’ of the Camp Humphreys military base. As the USA faces a 37 trillion-dollar national debt with an annual interest payment of 1 trillion dollars, Trump is running wild to snatch everything from the colonial ‘ROK.’ The currency swap agreement pursued by the Lee Jae-myung government is a complete subordination to the dollar system and a foolish and reckless act of handing over monetary sovereignty to the ‘madman tactics’ of Trump. Negotiations with the Trump administration are utterly unequal and thoroughly traitorous negotiations. We resolutely oppose the bandit Trump’s visit to the ‘ROK.’.
Trump, claiming to have approved a CIA secret operation, is now openly carrying out an ‘assassination operation’ against President Nicolas Maduro of Venezuela. Trump, while ranting about ‘land strikes,’ has deployed state-of-the-art lethal weapons in the Caribbean Sea and the airspace north of Venezuela, and has stationed special operations units such as the ‘Night Stalkers,’ who once participated in the operation to kill Bin Laden. Earlier, he falsely labeled a civilian ship as a ‘drug cartel vessel’ to murder civilians, and even conducted a ‘false flag operation,’ escalating his invasive provocations. The true intention of this atrocious ‘assassination operation’ is to destroy the people’s government of Venezuela and to plunder its abundant natural resources, including oil. The awarding of the ‘Nobel War Prize’ to Machado, infamously known as the ‘female Netanyahu,’ marks the signal flare of the imperialist invasion forces’ aggression against Venezuela. As Machado is being disguised as a so-called ‘democratic figure,’ Trump has gained an ‘indulgence’ to invade Venezuela. The US imperialist war against Venezuela is a war against the whole of Latin America.
The war in Palestine is far from over. The US and Israel are coercing Hamas with a so-called “peace plan,” demanding disarmament and the stripping of its governing authority over Gaza. But Hamas rose to power through the support of the people of Gaza, and its armed forces represent the self-defense of the Gazan population. It is only natural that Hamas rejects this “peace plan,” which is, in essence, an “invasion plan” and an “occupation plan.” Refusing to disarm, Hamas has issued a general mobilization order. Hezbollah in Lebanon has also denounced the “peace plan” and declared a resolute armed struggle. Even amid the first-phase negotiations—during which Israeli hostages and Palestinian prisoners were being exchanged—Israel continued to massacre civilians in Gaza City and Rafah, and launched attacks on southern Lebanon. Since the war began in October 2023, over 65,000 people have been slaughtered, and more than 90% of Gaza has been destroyed. Trump has openly revealed his vile ambition to occupy Gaza, displace its indigenous population, and turn it into a resort zone. Israeli fascist factions are shamelessly making outrageous remarks about “real estate bonanza” on the ruins of Gaza.
The storm of World War 3, unleashed by imperialist warmongering forces, is sweeping from Eastern Europe through West Asia to East Asia and the Western Pacific. Throughout the first half of this year, they have provoked localized wars in global hotspots and pushed Europe toward militarization by deciding to raise NATO member states’ military spending to 5% of GDP—recklessly accelerating the full-scale outbreak of World War 3. Wherever there are oppression and aggression, there are struggle and resistance. In response to US imperialist plunder, the ‘ROK’ is transforming into a zone of anti-US fervor. Venezuela has organized 4.5 million militia members and resolved to wage an anti-US resistance. Anti-imperialist and anti-Zionist armed forces in West Asia (the Middle East) are fighting resolutely for regional peace and the liberation of Palestine. The global people’s struggle to overcome all forms of invasion and exploitation will never cease.
