미국은 대북고립압살책동을 중단하라!
1. 미국무부가 <2020 북인권보고서>를 공개했다. 미국무부수석대변인 포터는 <미국은 국제정책의 일환으로 인권보호와 근본적인 자유를 옹호>한다고 강변했다. 미국무장관 블링컨은 18일 방남해 북의 인권은 <세계에서 가장 심각>, <독재정권이 자국민을 학대> 등을 망발하며 반북적대적 입장을 명백히 드러냈다. 블링컨은 지난달 유엔인권이사회 연설에서도 <북·중국 등 권위주의국가들의 인권침해에 개입하겠다>면서 <북인권결의안>채택을 촉구하며 주권을 침해했다.
2. 미국은 반미반제세력들에 대한 군사적 위협과 경제제재의 명분으로 기만적인 <인권>놀음을 벌여왔다. 중외교부대변인 조립견은 미국의 <인권등탑>은 타인만 비출뿐 자신을 비추지않는다고 비난했다. 미국내 오랜 인종차별과 공권력의 폭력, 미국외 세계80여개나라에서 감행된 <대테러행동>·전쟁폭력으로 인한 80만명의 사망을 짚으며 <민주와 인권을 허울로 한 간섭주의>라고 규탄했다. 16일 발생한 애틀랜타총격사건은 미대통령 바이든도 인정했듯이 미국의 <추악한 독>이며 인권에 대한 미국의 2중성을 실증하고 있다.
3. <북인권결의안>은 대북적대시정책이자 고립압살책동의 일환이다. 미국은 <북인권>을 내세워 미남<동맹>을 강박하고 민족단합을 해치고 있다. 나아가 <북인권결의안>을 빌미로 대북제재를 강화하며 대북고립압살·와해책동을 감행하고 있다. 미국내 반인권·반민주적 현실과 국제사회에서 미국이 감행하는 제국주의침략책동은 미국이야말로 세계최대의 인권유린국이라는 결정적인 증거다. 미국의 지배주의책동에 격분한 세계민중들은 반드시 정의의 반제반미공동투쟁으로 미제침략세력을 격퇴할 것이다.

The U.S. must stop maneuver of isolation and squeezing against North Corea!
1. The U.S. State Department revealed “2020 Human Rights Report on North Corea.” Jalina Porter, Principal Deputy Spokesperson at the U.S. Department of State, strongly asserted that “As a global policy, the U.S. advocates for the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms.” U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken visited to South Corea on March 18th, and clearly revealed hostile stance against North Corea, making a reckless remark that “North Corea is one of the most egregious human rights situations around the world.” and “authoritarian regime abuses its own people.” Also, Antony Blinken infringed on sovereignty, mentioning “the U.S will intervene in human rights violations by authoritarian countries such as North Corea and China” and urging adoption of the “resolutions on human rights in North Corea” in an address to the UN Human Rights Council last month.
2. The U.S. has played a deceitful “human rights” game in the name of military threats and economic sanctions against the anti-U.S. and anti-imperialist forces.
Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Zhao Lijian condemned “U.S.’s “beacon of human rights” has been casting the scrutinizing light on others while keeping itself from it.” He also denounced “interventionism under the guise of democracy and human rights”, pointing to the long-standing racial discrimination and the violence of public power, and the deaths of 800,000 people caused by the “Counter-Terrorism actions” and violence of the war carried out in more than 80 countries outside the U.S.. As the “U.S. president” Joe Biden admitted, “Atlanta shooting accident on the 16th is an “ugly poison” of the U.S.” and it proves its duplicity over the human rights.
3. The “Resolution on North Corean human rights” is the hostile policy toward North Corea and a part of the maneuver of “isolation and squeezing.” With “human rights in North Corea” ahead, the U.S. has forced the U.S.-South Corea “alliance” and has violated the national unity. Moreover, it has intensified the sanctions on North Corea and maneuvered the “isolation and squeezing” and the collapse against North Corea on the pretext of “resolution on North Corean human rights.” The anti-human rights and anti-democratic reality in the U.S. and aggressive maneuvers of imperialism conducted by the U.S. in the international community are conclusive evidence that indeed the U.S. is the world’s biggest human rights abuser. The people of the world outraged by the U.S. domination will certainly repulse the U.S. aggressors through the anti-imperialist, anti-U.S. joint struggle.
