24일 민중민주당(민중당)은 주남세르비아대사관앞에서 <세르비아내 파쇼책동규탄! 미-NATO제국주의전쟁책동반대!> 정당연설회를 진행했다.
민중민주당은 세르비아에서의 파쇼책동을 강력히 규탄하고 진보세력에 대한 탄압중단을 촉구했다. 당관계자에 따르면 최근 신나치무리는 진보정당사무실의 창문을 파괴하고 외벽에 혐오문구로 도배하는 테러를 자행했으며, 세르비아정부는 이같은 파쇼적 테러행위들에 대한 수사와 처벌요구에 무응답으로 일관하고 있다.
당원들은 구호 <세르비아 네오나치책동 규탄한다!>, <세르비아 진보세력탄압 반대한다!>, <미-NATO제국주의전쟁책동 반대한다!>를 우리말과 영어로 외치고 세르비아정부앞으로 항의서한을 전달했다.
민중민주당반미반전특별위원회위원장은 <세계적 범위에서 자행되고 있는 진보세력에 대한 탄압은 제국주의의 쇠퇴와 몰락을 반증한다>며 <세르비아에서 벌어진 진보세력에 대한 테러는 양상만 다를뿐 남코리아에서 벌어지고있는 극우무리의 준동과 다를 바 없다. 제국주의우두머리인 미제국주의는 친미대리세력을 양산해 안으로 파쇼화를 책동하고 밖으로 침략전쟁을 획책하며 패권을 유지하기 위한 온갖 만행을 서슴지 않아왔다.>고 짚었다.
또 <세르비아내 신나치세력은 세르비아민중의 생명을 위협하고 세르비아국가의 번영을 가로막는 만악의 근원이다>라며 <합법정당의 활동을 보장하고 반민중적인 파쇼화책동을 즉각 중단해야 한다. 우리는 세르비아진보정당에 대한 탄압을 우리당에 대한 탄압과 같은 무게로 받아들이며 세르비아정부에 강력히 요구한다.>고 힘주어 말했다.
아울러 <반제반미공동투쟁에서 하나의 단일한 역량으로서 세르비아동지들의 투쟁에 굳건히 연대할 것이다>라고 밝혔다.
민중민주당학생위원장은 <지난해 5번이나 반복됐다고 하는 이 조직적이고 반복적인 파쇼적 테러들에 의해 세르비아민중의 기초적인 민주주의가 탄압되는 오늘의 현실이다>라며 <세르비아정부는 결코 방관해선 안되며, 적극적으로 신나치세력을 처벌하고 합법적인 정당의 활동을 보장해야 할 것이다>라고 목소리를 높였다.
이어 <세르비아에서 청산되지 않은 신나치세력들이 벌이는 파쇼적 테러들은 우크라이나에서 전쟁을 야기한 신나치세력 아조프대대의 폭력과 본질상 다르지 않다는데 그 심각성이 있다>며 <8년간 1만4000여명의 돈바스민중들을 학살하며 친미친서방정부를 폭압적으로 설립하던 신나치세력에게 우크라이나전의 원인이 있다는 것은 알려진 사실이다. 각국의 노동자·민중은 자국에서 민족을 배반하고 민중을 탄압하는 파쇼세력들에 맞서 투쟁해야 하며 동시에 배후에 있는 제국주의세력에 맞서 공동의 투쟁을 벌여나가야 한다.>고 강조했다.
계속해서 <제국주의세력의 준동이 첨예해질수록 세계민중의 연대는 중요해지고 있으며 세계노동자·민중은 단결의 기치를 들고 투쟁에 나서고 있다>며 <세계정세는 제국주의의 조종세력을 끝장내기 위한 3차세계대전의 정세다. 제국주의 파멸을 앞두고 곳곳에서 파쇼화를 가속하며 세계민중을 위협하고 있지만 어둠이 짙어올수록 빛은 밝아오는 법이다.>라고 말했다.
끝으로 성명 <세르비아정부는 합법정치활동을 보장하고 신나치무리의 정치테러를 강력히 처벌하라>를 우리말과 영어로 낭독한 뒤 <인터내셔널가>를 힘차게 불렀다.

세르비아내 신나치세력의 파쇼적 만행이 날로 심각해지고 있다. 최근 신나치무리는 베오그라드의 유고슬라비아신공동주의당사무실의 창문을 파괴하고 외벽에 혐오문구를 도배하며 히스테리적인 테러를 자행했다. 신나치세력의 이러한 테러는 합법정당의 활동을 저해하는 명백한 파쇼적행위로서 우크라이나를 혼란케한 신나치 아조프세력을 떠올리게한다.
이미 지난 1년간 신나치무리는 유고슬라비아신공동주의세력에 대한 정치적테러를 다섯차례나 진행했다. 세르비아정부는 파쇼적테러행위들에 대한 세르비아진보세력의 수사와 처벌요구에도 무응답으로 일관하며 어떤 조치도 취하지않았다. 파쇼세력의 거듭된 테러행위는 진보세력에 대한 노골적인 위협이다. 세르비아정부의 방관하에 세르비아파쇼세력들의 테러행위는 갈수록 노골화되며 합법정치세력에 대한 탄압으로 볼 수밖에 없다. 이는 파쇼적책동에 대한 정부의 방관, 방임이며 세르비아의 파쇼화를 촉진하는 행위이다.
제국주의세력의 주구인 파쇼세력에 대한 정부의 방임은 곧 방조이며 제국주의세력의 파쇼화정책에 복무하는 것과 마찬가지다. 이미 전세계는 우크라이나전을 통해 제국주의세력을 배후로한 파쇼세력의 존재가 전쟁까지 야기할 수 있음을 목격했다. 세르비아정부의 방조하에 세르비아진보세력과 세르비아민중들은 역사적으로 수많은 민중들을 학살했던 파쇼화의 위협에 놓여있다. 이에 국제공동주의세력은 세르비아정부를 규탄하며 파쇼세력들에 대한 수사 및 처벌을 강력요구한다.
제국주의세력은 자신들의 이익을 위해 세계 곳곳에서 파시즘을 불러일으키고 있다. 제국주의세력의 의도로 촉발된 우크라이나전은 그 명백한 예시다. 우크라이나의 파쇼세력들은 8년간 민중들을 탄압했고, 결국 전쟁으로 전화됐다. 세르비아에서 이러한 역사가 반복되지않는다는 보장은 누구도 할 수 없다. 제국주의적인 전쟁을 막기위해서는 세르비아내에서의 파쇼세력의 책동을 저지해야한다. 파시즘을 반대하는 것만이 제국주의적인 전쟁을 막고 진정한 평화를 지향하는 길이다. 세계반제플랫폼, 세계반제세력은 유고슬라비아신공동주의정당에 연대하며 파시즘을 방조하는 세르비아정부를 규탄한다!

Serbian government should guarantee legal political activities and severely punish the political terrorism of the neo-Nazis
The fascist atrocities of the neo-Nazi forces in Serbia are getting serious day by day. Recently, the neo-Nazis committed hysterical terrorist acts by demolishing the windows and writing hatred words on the exterior walls of the headquarter of New Communist Party of Yugoslavia(NKPJ) in Belgrade. Such terrorist acts of the neo-Nazi forces are obvious fascist acts that hinder the activities of legal political party and they remind us of the neo-Nazi Azov forces that confused Ukraine.
In the last year, the neo-Nazis have already carried out political terrorism five times against the NKPJ. Serbian government has consistently remained unresponsive to the Serbian progressive force’s demands for investigation and punishment for the fascist acts of terrorism and has not taken any measure. The repeated terrorist acts of the fascists are outright threats to the progressive forces. While Serbian government just look on them, the terrorist acts of the Serbian fascists are becoming more and more blatant and can only be viewed as repression against legal political forces. This is the government’s onlooking and neglect of fascist maneuvers and is an act that promotes fascistization in Serbia.
The government’s permissiveness of the fascist forces, which are the tool of the imperialist forces, is the aid and abetting. Also, it is equivalent to serving the imperialist forces’ fascist policies. The world has already witnessed that the existence of fascist forces behind imperialist forces can cause war through the Ukraine War. With the Serbian government’s assistance to fascists, the Serbian progressive forces and the Serbian people are under the threat of fascism, which has historically slaughtered numerous people. In response, the international communist forces condemn the Serbian government and strongly demand the investigation and punishment of the fascists.
The imperialist forces are causing fascism around the world for their own benefit. The Ukraine war, which was provoked by the intentions of imperialists, is a clear example of this. Ukrainian fascists had oppressed the people for eight years, eventually it has turned into war. No one can guarantee that this history will not be repeated in Serbia. In order to prevent imperialist war, it is necessary to stop the maneuvers of the fascists in Serbia. Opposition to fascism is the only way to prevent imperialist war and pursue true peace. The world anti-imperialist platform, the world anti-imperialist forces, are in solidarity with the NKPJ and condemn the Serbian government for aiding fascism!
