바이든<정부>는 기만적인 여론몰이를 중단하고 미군부터 철거하라

1. 미국무장관 블링컨이 23일 북미간 <외교적 접근>을 재차 주장했다. 블링컨은 미ABC방송과의 인터뷰에서 <코리아반도의 완전한 비핵화라는 목표를 달성하기 위한 최선의 기회는 북과 외교적으로 관여하는 것>이라고 말했다. 북이 <유엔에 의해 금지된 행동에 계속 관여해 제재를 받고 있지만 우리는 외교할 준비가 돼있다>, <공은 북에 있다>고 대북압박을 지속했다. 특히 바이든<정부>의 대북정책에 상응한 <북으로부터의 분명한 조치>를 요구하면서도 북을 핵보유국으로 인정하지 않는다며 기만적으로 나왔다.
2. 바이든<정부>가 무모한 대북적대시책동을 고수한다는 점이 다시금 확인됐다. 이날 블링컨이 밝힌 바이든<정부>의 <세심하게 조율된 외교>란 대북적대시책동의 본질을 가리우기 위한 말장난에 불과하다. 미국의 대결적 본색은 21일 미남정상회담에서 <미남상호방위조약>에 따른 미남연합방위태세 강화, 사이버·우주 등 새로운 위협에 대한 공동대응, 미남미사일지침해제 등 군사분야에 대한 합의에서 드러난다. 이는 겉으로는 외교를 강조하고 있지만 북침핵전쟁연습을 계속하고 미남군사<동맹>을 강화함으로써 대북침략책동을 유지하겠다는 것과 같다.
3. <판문점선언과 싱가포르공동성명등 남북간, 북미간 약속에 기초한 외교와 대화>를 운운하면서 북에게 유엔안보리결의의 완전이행을 촉구하고 미일남<동맹>을 강화하며 통하지도 않는 양면술책을 감행하고 있다. 벌써부터 전문가들이 미전대통령 오바마의 실패한 대북정책의 재판을 의미하는 <전략적 인내 2.0>이라 비난하는 이유다. <코리아반도의 완전한 비핵화와 항구적 평화정착>은 우리민족에게 침략군이며 점령군인 미군의 즉각 철거 없이는 이뤄질 수 없다. 바이든<정부>는 기만적인 여론몰이를 중단하고 미군부터 철거해야 한다.

Biden administration must stop the deceitful media manipulation and withdraw the U.S. troops from South Corea first!

1. On May 23rd, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken reasserted “diplomacy approach” between the North Corea-U.S. In an interview with ABC News, Blinken said “the best chance we have to achieve the objective of the total denuclearization of the Corean peninsula is to engage diplomatically with North Corea on a deliberate, calibrated approach.” The U.S. persisted pressure toward North Corea, saying “we’re prepared to pursue this diplomatically even as the sanctions remain in place because North Corea continues to engage in activities that are clearly prohibited by the United Nations,” “the ball’s in North Corea’s court.” Especially, he asserted dishonestly, while demanding “clear steps from the North Coreans” corresponding to the Biden administration’s policy against North Corea, the U.S. didn’t accept that North Corea will remain a nuclear power.
2. It was reconfirmed that Biden administration sticks to reckless hostile maneuver against North Corea. The Biden administration’s “to be clearly calibrated diplomacy” announced by Blinken on this day is nothing but a play of words to cover an essence of the hostile maneuver against North Corea. The U.S.’s confrontational true colors revealed at the agreement on the military sector proceeded at the U.S.-South Corea summit on May 21st, such as strengthen the defense of the U.S.-South Corea combined defense posture under the ROK-U.S. Mutual Defense Treaty, joint response against emerging threats including cyber and space, the termination of the U.S.-South Corea’s Revised Missile Guidelines. It emphasizes diplomacy on the outside, but this is the same as maintaining the aggressive maneuvers against North Corea by continuing the nuclear war exercise against North Corea and strengthening the U.S.-South Corea military “alliance.”
3. Biden administration is carrying out the Dual Track that wouldn’t be working, calling for the full implementation of UN Security Council resolution to North Corea and intensifying the alliance among the U.S.-Japan-South Corea, while mentioning “diplomacy and dialogue, based on inter-Corean and North Corea-U.S. commitments such as Panmunjom Declaration and Singapore Joint Statement in 2018.” This is the reason why experts have criticized already as “strategic patience 2.0” which means former President Obama’s failed trial of the policy toward North Corea. “The complete denuclearization and establishment of permanent peace on the Corean Peninsula” cannot be achieved without the immediate withdrawal of U.S. troops from South Corea, which is an invading force and an occupying force to our nation. The Biden administration must stop the deceitful media manipulation and should withdraw the U.S. troops from South Corea first.
