12일 민중민주당(민중당)은 백악관앞에서 논평 <인류파멸의 핵전쟁을 몰고오는 미남합동군사연습을 당장 중단하고 미군부터 즉시 철거하라!>를 발표했다.
논평은 <미남은 10~13일 사전연습인 위기관리참모연습(CMST) 실시후 16~26일 본연습인 후반기합동지휘소연습을 실시한다>며 <바이든<정부>는 미남합동군사연습의 축소나 중단에 대한 요구에도 불구하고 <비도발적이자 방어적 성격>이라며 기만적인 태도로 일관했다>고 지적했다.
이어 <미군은 세계곳곳에서 대규모군사연습을 감행함으로써 세계의 평화·안전을 위협하고 있다>며 <미군은 3일기준 전세계 17개시간대에서 을 전개중이다. 미국·영국을 비롯해 호주·일본이 참여하는 이번 연습에는 미해군7개함대중 사이버전을 담당하는 10함대를 포함한 5개함대, 미해병대원정군전체가 참가할뿐아니라 미육군과 공군 등 미군의 해외침략무력이 총동원됐다.>라고 전했다.
계속해서 <세계최대미군기지가 있는 남코리아는 미국의 해외침략교두보로서 유사시 코리아민족의 생명이 가장 먼저 위협받을 수밖에 없다>며 <바이든<정부>는 파멸을 앞당기는 어리석은 호전망동인 미남합동북침핵전쟁연습을 당장 중단하고 주남미군부터 즉시 철거해야 한다>고 강조했다.

1. 미남합동군사연습이 시작됐다. 미남은 10~13일 사전연습인 위기관리참모연습(CMST) 실시후 16~26일 본연습인 후반기합동지휘소연습을 실시한다. 미국방부는 남북통신선연결에 따라 합동군사연습의 연기 필요성이 제기되자 <미남양국의 결정>이며 <어떠한 위협이나 적국으로부터 남을 보호하기 위한 강력한 연합방위태세를 유지>하겠다면서 대결본색을 노골화했다. 바이든<정부>는 미남합동군사연습의 축소나 중단에 대한 요구에도 불구하고 <비도발적이자 방어적 성격>이라며 기만적인 태도로 일관했다.
2. 미군은 세계곳곳에서 대규모군사연습을 감행함으로써 세계의 평화·안전을 위협하고 있다. 미군은 3일기준 전세계 17개시간대에서 <LSE 2021>을 전개중이다. 미국·영국을 비롯해 호주·일본이 참여하는 이번 연습에는 미해군7개함대중 사이버전을 담당하는 10함대를 포함한 5개함대, 미해병대원정군전체가 참가할뿐아니라 미육군과 공군 등 미군의 해외침략무력이 총동원됐다. 특히 북·중국·러시아·이란을 적으로 하는 <세계대전대응연습>이라는 점에서 일촉즉발의 초긴장국면을 조성하고 있다.
3. 미국주도의 제국주의전쟁연습이 몰고올 미래는 인류파멸의 핵전쟁뿐이다. 세계최대미군기지가 있는 남코리아는 미국의 해외침략교두보로서 유사시 코리아민족의 생명이 가장 먼저 위협받을 수밖에 없다. 어느때보다 우리민족의 조국통일염원이 높은 이때 미국중심의 북침핵전쟁연습이 초래할 내외반통일세력과 통일애국세력간의 대격돌은 필연이다. 바이든<정부>는 파멸을 앞당기는 어리석은 호전망동인 미남합동북침핵전쟁연습을 당장 중단하고 주남미군부터 즉시 철거해야 한다. 코리아민족은 반드시 민족의 단합된 힘으로 예속과 분단을 끝장내고 조국의 자주적 통일을 앞당길 것이다.

U.S. should withdraw the U.S. troops immediately and stop the U.S.-South Corea joint military exercise that brings a nuclear war to destruct mankind!
1. U.S.-South Corea joint military exercise has started. U.S. and South Corea conduct a “Crises Management Staff Training (CMST)“ which is a preliminary training from 10th to the 13th and carry out the main exercise ”Combined Command Post Training (CCPT)“ which is the second parts of the exercise of the 16th to the 26th. When the need for postponement of joint military exercises was raised due to the connection of the inter-Corean communication lines, the U.S. Department of Defense showed its true colors of confrontation saying that it was a “decision between the U.S. and South Corea” and that it would “maintain a robust combined defense posture to protect South Corea against any threat or enemy.” Biden’s “administration” has consistently maintained a deceptive attitude, calling it a “no hostile intent towards North Corea and purely defensive in nature” despite the demand for the reduction or suspension of the U.S.-South Corea joint military exercises.
2. The U.S. troops are threatening world peace and security by conducting large-scale military exercises all over the world. As of the 3rd, the U.S. troops are deploying “LSE 2021” in 17 time zones around the world. In this exercise, in which the U.S., U.K., as well as Australia and Japan participate, five fleets, including the tenth fleet in charge of cyber warfare among the seven fleets of the U.S. Navy, and the entire U.S. Marine Expeditionary Force will participate, as well as the U.S. Army and Air Force’s overseas invasions, all forces were mobilized. In particular, in that it’s a “response exercise for World War” against North Corea, China, Russia and Iran, it is creating an explosive situation of extreme tension.
3. The only future that the U.S.-led imperialist war exercise will bring is a nuclear war that will destroy mankind. South Corea where the world’s largest U.S. military base is located is a bridgehead for U.S. aggression abroad. In an emergency, the lives of the Corean people are inevitably threatened first. At a time when our nation’s desire for national reunification is higher than ever, the confrontation between the anti-reunification forces at home and abroad and the reunification patriotic forces that will result from the U.S.-centered nuclear war against North Corea is inevitable. The Biden’s “administration” immediately should stop the U.S.-South Corea aggressive joint nuclear war exercise against North Corea, which is a foolish belligerent act that hastened its ruin, and immediately withdraw the U.S. troops from South Corea first. The Corean people will surely end subordination and division and accelerate the independent reunification of the country with the united power of the nation.
