세계민중은 반제반미공동행동으로 미제침략세력의 종말을 앞당길 것이다
1. 바이든<정부>의 핵전쟁책동에 코리아반도·아시아의 전쟁위기가 급고조되고 있다. 현재 북과 중국을 겨냥한 다국적핵전쟁연습 림팩이 인도·태평양지역에서 감행되고 있다. 미제침략군대는 코리아반도·아시아주변에 핵전력을 집중시키고 미남합동북침핵전쟁연습과 대만해협을 무대로 <항행의자유>작전 등을 전개하며 언제라도 침략전쟁을 벌일 태세다. 한편 나토정상회의에서 반러침략책동을 강화하는 한편, 윤석열·기시다 등을 불러모아 반북·반중침략책동도 심화시켰다. 일련의 군사·정치적 변화는 남코리아전·대만전이 임박했다는 뚜렷한 징후로 읽힌다.
2. 바이든<정부>의 반제자주세력에 대한 침략책동은 자국내 정치·경제적 위기를 외부로 돌리고 산군복합체·금융자본세력의 배를 불리기 위한 제국주의침략성의 발현이다. 미국은 우크라이나전을 기화로 <전쟁지원>명목하에 미국민의 혈세를 산군복합체에 쏟아붓고 있으며 인플레이션국면을 조작해놓고 현재의 경제위기를 러시아탓으로 돌리며 세계민중을 상대로 착취와 약탈을 심화시키고 있다. 미국민과 세계민중들이 정치적 압박과 경제적 고통에 시달리는 동안, 온갖 제재를 다 당한 러시아는 오히려 자립성이 강화되며 경제가 더욱 건전해지고 있다. 현실은 오늘의 세계경제위기가 미제국주의에게서 비롯됐음을 증시한다.
3. 현재의 전쟁양상은 미제침략세력의 취약성을 증시한다. 미국은 유럽에서 나토를 앞세우고 우크라이나신나치세력을 조종해 우크라이나전을 시작한 것처럼, 인도·태평양지역에서 일본을 앞세워 남코리아윤석열친미파쇼세력과 대만민진당분리주의세력을 조종해 남코리아전·대만전을 획책하고 있다. 미국이 감행하고 있는 하이브리드전, 대리전은 미국이 더이상 반제자주세력을 직접 침략할 능력이 없다는 것을 보여주며 이는 제국주의세력의 파멸적 운명을 시사한다. 세계를 상대로 한 침략과 파괴, 착취와 약탈에 맞선 남코리아민중과 세계민중들의 반제반미공동행동에 의해 미제침략세력이 패퇴하고 몰락하는 것은 필연이다. 그리고 그 시기가 멀지않았다.

The people of the world will advance the end of the US imperialist aggressive force through joint anti-imperialism and anti-US actions
1. The war crisis on the Corean Peninsula and Asia is escalating due to the Biden administration’s nuclear war maneuvers. Currently, the multinational nuclear warfare exercise RIMPAC targeting North Corea and China is being conducted in the Indo-Pacific region. The US imperialist military aggression concentrates its nuclear capability around the Corean peninsula and Asia, is ready to wage a war of aggression at any time, conducting the US-South Corea joint military exercise against North Corea and conducting the operation “Freedom of Navigation” in the Taiwan Strait. Meanwhile, while strengthening anti-Russian aggressive maneuvers at the NATO Summit, anti-North Corea and anti-China aggressive maneuvers were also intensified by inviting Yoon Suk Yeol and Fumio Kishida to the summit. These series of military and political changes are read as clear signs that the South Corean and Taiwan wars are imminent.
2. The Biden administration’s aggressive maneuvers on anti-imperialist independence forces are an expression of imperialistic aggression to turn the political and economic crises outward and multiply the industrial-military complex and financial capitalist forces.
The US is pouring the precious tax money of the American people into the industrial-military complex under the guise of “war support” through the Ukraine war, manipulating inflation, blaming Russia for the current economic crisis, and exacerbating the exploitation and looting against the people of the world. While the American people and the people of the world are suffering from political pressure and economic hardship, Russia, which has been subjected to all kinds of sanctions, has rather strengthened its independence and its economy and is becoming generally healthier. The reality is that today’s global economic crisis is caused by US imperialism.
3. The current patterns of war show the vulnerability of the US imperialist aggressive forces. Just as the US started the war in Ukraine by leading NATO and controlling the Ukrainian neo-Nazi groups in Europe, the US puts Japan forward in the Indo-Pacific region to control pro-US fascists of Yoon Suk Yeol in South Corea and the Democratic Progressive Party, which is the separatist party in Taiwan, and plans for wars in South Corea and Taiwan. The hybrid warfare and proxy wars that the US is conducting show that the US no longer has the ability to directly invade the anti-imperialist independence forces and it implies the destructive fate of the imperialist forces. It is inevitable that the US imperialist aggression will be defeated and collapsed by the anti-imperialist, anti-US joint actions of the people of South Corea and world against aggression, destruction, exploitation and plunder in the world. And that time is not far behind us.
