Уважаемые товарищи!
Мы, граждане Республики Беларусь, члены БРО КПСС обращаемся к пролетариям физического и умственного труда, их союзникам – трудовому крестьянству, народной интеллигенции, а также к самозанятым, к борцам против фашизма, за мир, социализм, против национальной дискриминации и ко всему здравомыслящему населению в государствах Евросоюза, Великобритании, Канады и США с призывом обуздать правящие империалистические элиты своих государств, вступивших на тропу современной войны, способной перерасти в мировой всеобщий катаклизм с применением смертоносного биологического оружия, несущего мгновенную пандемию и уже испытанного на нас в виде пандемии сравнительно маловирулентного ковида, а также с применением ядерного оружия, испытанного бомбардировкой Хиросимы, Нагасаки и диверсией на Чернобыльской АЭС.
И если Первая и Вторая мировые войны принесли десятки миллионов ни в чём не повинных жертв, невероятные страдания сотен миллионов и тотальные разрушения целых регионов, то уже начавшаяся в локальных формах современная, Третья мировая война, если дать ей перерасти в глобальный конфликт с применением оружия массового поражения, может покончить с человеческой цивилизацией.
Всему виной современный империалистический капитал, его глобальная составляющая, прежде всего, мировая финансовая олигархия, различные отряды которой, проявляя солидарность в эксплуатации и удержании в повиновении рабочего класса и его трудовых союзников в государствах своего базирования и в других подвластных им государствах, в то же время конкурируют и безжалостно борются между собой за гегемонию в деле сохранения или приобретения безраздельного и повсеместного мирового господства, втягивая в эту борьбу собственное население в качестве пушечного мяса.
Особую опасность для трудящихся и всего человечества сегодня представляет альянс англосаксонского и европейского отрядов мировой финансовой олигархии, обладающих агрессивным блоком НАТО, в котором верховодит военно-политическая элита США и который официально распространил выполнение своих задач с европейского континента на весь мир. Опираясь на этот блок и спешно организуемые подобные дочерние блоки по всему миру, США пытаются сохранить свою планетарную гегемонию, применяя в условиях неумолимо идущего ослабления прежней экономической силы последнее своё преимущество – мощь накопленного оружия.
В своей экспансии альянс англосаксонской и европейской мировой финансовой олигархии осуществляет фашистскую методику, перехваченную ими у гитлеровского нацизма по окончании Второй мировой войны, но замаскированную лжедемократической фразой. И если в середине ХХ века главную опасность для трудящихся и всего человечества представлял европейский фашизм во главе с гитлеровской Германией, то сегодня ещё большую опасность для человечества представляет альянс англосаксонской и европейской мировых финансовых олигархий во главе с военно-политической элитой США, для которых и собственные народы, и народы союзников (в том числе народы Европы) и народы жертв их экспансии – лишь объекты эксплуатации на рабочих местах и расходный материал в солдатской и офицерской экипировке на полях сражений.
История народа Германии и других народов государств, вовлечённых в т.н. антикоминтерновский пакт для обеспечения и оправдания нападения на социалистическую державу – СССР, показывает, что неспособность народов задавить фашизм в зародыше собственными силами оборачивается для них не меньшей трагедией, чем для народов – жертв империалистической агрессии, и справиться с пришедшим к власти фашизмом, как правило, можно только посредством применения внешней силы, какой, к счастью, оказался Советский Союз с некоторой помощью включившегося в антигитлеровскую коалицию тогдашнего «демократического» империализма США и Великобритании. Внутреннего сопротивления фашизму в Европе, несмотря на героизм местного антифашистского сопротивления, оказалось недостаточно для победы над фашизмом.
Вывод из этой трагической истории – необходимость немедленного тесного сплочения всех антифашистских сил в масштабах как отдельных государств, так и всей Планеты, чтобы уничтожить в зародыше альянс американского и европейского неофашизма, взявшего старт к силовому обеспечению своего мирового господства. Таким образом, на народы государств-агрессоров история возложила повышенную ответственность за собственную судьбу и судьбу человечества и его общественно-политического, социально-экономического и научно-технического прогресса.
Мир ещё с середины ХХ века вступил в эпоху глобализации, то есть ускоренного и всестороннего сближения цивилизаций, народов и их государств в результате достижений науки и техники. Современный же – глобальный – капитал торпедирует этот прогресс глобализацией по-империалистически, своими войнами, санкциями и прочими потугами разделить людей, чтобы властвовать. И только глобализация по-социалистически, возможная лишь в итоге победы мировой социалистической революции, способна избавить человечество от гибели в ядерном катаклизме, поставив взамен мировых империалистических институтов, обеспечивающих господство мировых монополий и финансового капитала институты социалистического правления, способные решить все сегодняшние проблемы человечества.
В 2020 году США и их приспешники по НАТО организовали очередную гибридную войну, на сей раз против Республики Беларусь, сосредоточив военный кулак у наших границ и выплеснув на улицы столицы и других городов свою заранее подготовленную «пятую колонну». Цель гибридной атаки – сместить с должности неугодного Президента-патриота, привести к власти коллаборационистов, пристегнуть с их помощью республику к своей колеснице, устремившейся к безраздельному и повсеместному мировому господству, разрушить Союзное государство Беларуси и России и превратить территорию республики в плацдарм против России, установив ракеты под Смоленском.
Атака была отбита благодаря стойкости и решительности Президента А.Г.Лукашенко, отказа рабочего класса, трудового крестьянства и народной интеллигенции республики поддержать агрессора, верности народу правоохранительных органов и армии, готовности России выполнить свои обязательства по взаимной обороне согласно Договору о создании Союзного государства Беларуси и России и ОДКБ. Получив в Белоруссии поражение, США и их европейские сателлиты не прекратили гибридную войну, готовя новую атаку на белорусский народ и его республику.
Наиболее опасной горячей точкой сегодня, в которой идёт локальная война, способная воспламенить всю Планету, является украинская территория Советского Союза. Агрессию против Украины начали США и их сателлиты по НАТО в 2014 году, устроив в столице Киеве кровавый государственный переворот, реанимировав здесь местный бандеровский фашизм и насадив коллаборационистское правление. Цель переворота – ввергнуть советских людей украинской и русской национальности в кровавую схватку, чтобы надёжно разделить их и не допустить возрождения их общего государства – Советского Союза, превратить территорию Украины в военный плацдарм против России, мобилизовать, вооружить и русофобски мотивировать украинские вооружённые силы, подготовив их к нападению на Россию с целью её ослабления и, как в своё время Советский Союз, разрушения чужими, украинскими руками, превратив её в ряд отдельных государств с коллаборационистским правлением, чтобы использовать территорию России, её людской потенциал, природные и рукотворные богатства для дальнейшей экспансии с целью уничтожения главного препятствия на пути к мировому господству – Китайской Народной Республики (КНР) и Корейской Народно-Демократической Республики (КНДР).
Для взрыва целостности населения Украины американо-бандеровский фашизм использовал испытанный приём: дискриминацию русскоязычного меньшинства и запрет его языка, что сразу же повлекло национально-освободительное сопротивление русскоязычного населения, мирное возвращение в Россию Крыма и демократические референдумы в Донбассе с провозглашением самостоятельных государств – Донецкой и Луганской Народных Республик (ДНР и ЛНР). Население Донбасса воспользовалось своим неотъемлемым и признанным международным сообществом правом на национальное самоопределение, в результате чего в отношении ДНР и ЛНР вступило в действие ещё одно международное право – неприкосновенности их границ.
Однако американо-бандеровская профашистская хунта в Киеве сразу же посягнула на их границы, начала войну против ДНР и ЛНР и ведёт её без перерыва уже 8 лет, занимаясь геноцидом населения и стремясь по заданию из Вашингтона распространить войну на Россию, Белоруссию и Союзное государство Беларуси и России.
Так была вызвана вооружённая реакция России – её военная спецоперация для защиты населения ДНР, ЛНР, для ликвидации фашизма в Украине (денацификации) и угрозы с её стороны для безопасности России, демилитаризации Украины, недопущения вхождения её в НАТО и обладания ею ядерным оружием, которое киевская хунта вознамерились заиметь. И хотя Россия ныне – отнюдь не Советский Союз, а буржуазное олигархическое государство, но защищая свои интересы на территории Украины, оно ведёт здесь справедливую войну, являясь не агрессором, а союзником национально-освободительного движения Донбасса и антифашистской борьбы всего населения Украины, то есть являясь той внешней силой, которая в состоянии сокрушить здесь американо-бандеровский фашизм, заглушивший террором местное сопротивление. Именно антифашистская роль России в Украине является спасительной для народов США, Великобритании, государств Евросоюза, которые уже ощущают на себе последствия этой войны: опасность голода, холода из-за санкций против России, из-за отказа от закупок здесь продовольствия, удобрений и энергоносителей, из-за уничтожения газопроводов в Европу, ограничений в торговле и перекрытия логистики.
Стремясь к расширению вооружённого конфликта НАТО с Россией на Украине, военно-политическая элита США способна превратить в пушечное мясо народы своего союзника и конкурента – Евросоюза, разрушить его экономику и государственность, и всё ради собственной выгоды. Продолжение фашистского поведения на международной арене военно-политической элиты Великобритании, США и государств Евросоюза приведёт фашизм и во внутреннюю политику правящих кругов этих государств, от чего их население пострадают не меньше, если не больше, чем население гитлеровской Германии.
Надо отдать должное России, которая предпринимала усилия для предотвращения войны на Украине. Россией были подписаны минские соглашения, предусматривающие сохранение населения ДНР и ЛНР в составе Украины с особым статусом вопреки итогам их референдумов, на которых народы проголосовали за государственную самостоятельность от киевской хунты. Но киевская хунта отказалась выполнять минские соглашения, так как её хозяину – военно-политической элите США нужна здесь война, а не мир и защита прав человека. Россия добивалась прекращения обстрелов со стороны Украины территории ДНР и ЛНР, предлагая переговоры. Но Украина сорвала их. Россия предложила Западу договориться о принятии мер для равной безопасности и, в частности, о выполнении Западом своего обещание не продвигать НАТО на Восток, в том числе на территорию Украины. Но Запад проигнорировал это предложение, вынудив Россию обеспечить свою безопасность односторонне и силой.
Не могут быть свободны народы, попирающие свободу других народов. Вот почему мы призываем народы государств-агрессоров – Великобритании, Канады, США, государств Евросоюза – организоваться и решительно выступить против своих агрессивных правительств, вынудив их прекратить украинскую кровавую авантюру, или заменить их миролюбивыми правителями.

Dear comrades!
We, the citizens of the Republic of Belarus, the members of the BRO CPSU appeal to the proletarians of physical and mental labor, their allies – the working peasantry, the people’s intelligentsia, as well as to the self-employed, to the fighters against fascism, for peace, socialism, against national discrimination and to the entire sane population in the states of the European Union, Great Britain, Canada and the USA with an appeal to curb the ruling imperialist elites of their states that have entered the path of modern war capable of escalating into a global cataclysm with the use of deadly biological weapons that carry an instant pandemic and have already been tested on us in the form of a pandemic of a relatively virulent Covid, as well as with the use of nuclear weapons tested by the bombing of Hiroshima, Nagasaki and sabotage at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant.
And if the First and Second World Wars brought tens of millions of innocent victims, incredible suffering of hundreds of millions and total destruction of entire regions, then the modern Third World War, which has already begun in local forms, if allowed to escalate into a global conflict with the use of weapons of mass destruction, can put an end to human civilization.
All the fault of modern imperialist capital, its global component, first of all, the world financial oligarchy, the various detachments of which, showing solidarity in the exploitation and retention in obedience of the working class and its labor allies in their home states and in other states under their control, at the same time compete and ruthlessly fight among themselves for hegemony in the preservation or acquisition of undivided and universal world domination drawing their own population into this struggle as cannon fodder.
Of particular danger to the working people and to all of humanity today is the alliance of the Anglo-Saxon and European detachments of the global financial oligarchy, which possess the aggressive NATO bloc, which is dominated by the military-political elite of the United States and which has officially extended the fulfillment of its tasks from the European continent to the whole world. Relying on this bloc and hastily organized similar subsidiary blocs around the world, the United States is trying to preserve its planetary hegemony, using its last advantage – the power of accumulated weapons – in the face of the inexorably going weakening of the former economic power.
In its expansion, the alliance of the Anglo-Saxon and European global financial oligarchy implements a fascist methodology that they intercepted from Hitler’s Nazism at the end of World War II, but disguised by a false democratic phrase. And if in the middle of the twentieth century the main danger to the working people and all mankind was Represented by European fascism led by Hitler’s Germany, today an even greater danger to humanity is the alliance of the Anglo-Saxon and European world financial oligarchies led by the military-political elite of the United States, for which both their own peoples and the peoples of the allies (including the peoples of Europe) and the peoples of the victims of their expansion are only objects of exploitation in the workplaces and expendable material in the world soldier and officer equipment on the battlefields.
The history of the people of Germany and other peoples of the states involved in the so-called Anti-Comintern Pact to ensure and justify an attack on the socialist power, the USSR, shows that the inability of peoples to nip fascism in the bud on their own turns into no less a tragedy for them than for the peoples who are victims of imperialist aggression, and it is usually possible to cope with fascism that has come to power only through the use of external force which, fortunately, turned out to be the Soviet Union with some help from the then “democratic” imperialism of the United States and Great Britain, which joined the anti-Hitler coalition. Internal resistance to fascism in Europe, despite the heroism of the local anti-fascist resistance, was not enough to defeat fascism.
The conclusion of this tragic story is the need for immediate close unity of all anti-fascist forces on the scale of both individual states and the entire Planet in order to nip in the bud the alliance of American and European neo-fascism, which has begun to ensure its world domination by force. Thus, history has placed on the peoples of the aggressor states an increased responsibility for their own fate and the fate of mankind and its socio-political, socio-economic and scientific-technological progress.
Since the middle of the twentieth century, the world has entered the era of globalization, that is, the accelerated and comprehensive rapprochement of civilizations, peoples and their states as a result of the achievements of science and technology. Modern – global – capital torpedoes this progress by globalization in an imperialistic way, with its wars, sanctions and other attempts to divide people in order to dominate. And only socialist globalization, which is possible only as a result of the victory of the world socialist revolution, can save humanity from death in a nuclear cataclysm, putting in place of the world imperialist institutions that ensure the dominance of world monopolies and finance capital institutions of socialist government capable of solving all today’s problems of mankind.
In 2020, the United States and its NATO henchmen organized another hybrid war, this time against the Republic of Belarus, concentrating a military fist near our borders and pouring out their pre-prepared “fifth column” on the streets of the capital and other cities. The purpose of the hybrid attack is to remove the undesirable Patriotic President from office, bring the collaborators to power, fasten the republic with their help to its chariot, rushing to undivided and widespread world domination, destroy the Union State of Belarus and Russia and turn the territory of the republic into a bridgehead against Russia by installing missiles near Smolensk.
The attack was repulsed thanks to the steadfastness and determination of President Lukashenko, the refusal of the working class, the working peasantry and the people’s intelligentsia of the republic to support the aggressor, loyalty to the people of law enforcement agencies and the army, Russia’s readiness to fulfill its obligations on mutual defense in accordance with the Treaty on the Creation of the Union State of Belarus and Russia and the CSTO. Having received a defeat in Belarus, the United States and its European satellites did not stop the hybrid war, preparing a new attack on the Belarusian people and their republic.
The most dangerous hot spot today, in which there is a local war that can ignite the entire Planet, is the Ukrainian territory of the Soviet Union. Aggression against Ukraine was launched by the United States and its NATO satellites in 2014, staging a bloody coup d’état in the capital Kiev, reviving local Bandera fascism here and planting collaborationist rule. The purpose of the coup is to plunge the Soviet people of Ukrainian and Russian nationality into a bloody battle in order to reliably divide them and prevent the revival of their common state – the Soviet Union, to turn the territory of Ukraine into a military bridgehead against Russia, to mobilize, arm and Russophobically motivate the Ukrainian armed forces, preparing them to attack Russia with the aim of weakening it and, like the Soviet Union in its time, destruction by foreign, Ukrainian hands, turning it into a number of separate states with collaborationist rule in order to use the territory of Russia, its human potential, natural and man-made resources for further expansion in order to destroy the main obstacle to world domination – the People’s Republic of China (PRC) and the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK).
To blow up the integrity of the population of Ukraine, American-Bandera fascism used a tried and tested method: discrimination against the Russian-speaking minority and the prohibition of its language, which immediately led to the national liberation resistance of the Russian-speaking population, the peaceful return of Crimea to Russia and democratic referendums in the Donbass with the proclamation of independent states – the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics (DPR and LPR). The population of Donbass took advantage of its inalienable and internationally recognized right to national self-determination, as a result of which another international law came into force in relation to the DPR and LPR – the inviolability of their borders.
However, the American-Bandera pro-fascist junta in Kiev immediately encroached on their borders, started a war against the DPR and LPR and has been waging it without interruption for 8 years, engaged in genocide of the population and seeking, on the instructions of Washington, to extend the war to Russia, Belarus and the Union State of Belarus and Russia.
Thus, Russia’s armed reaction was provoked – its military special operation to protect the population of the DPR, LPR, to eliminate fascism in Ukraine (denazification) and its threat to Russia’s security, demilitarize Ukraine, prevent it from joining NATO and its possession of nuclear weapons, which the Kiev junta intended to have. And although Russia today is not the Soviet Union, but a bourgeois oligarchic state, but defending its interests on the territory of Ukraine, it is waging a just war here, being not an aggressor, but an ally of the national liberation movement of Donbass and the anti-fascist struggle of the entire population of Ukraine, that is, being the external force that is able to crush American-Bandera fascism here, which drowned out local resistance with terror. It is Russia’s anti-fascist role in Ukraine that is a lifesaver for the peoples of the United States, Great Britain, and the European Union, who are already feeling the consequences of this war: the danger of hunger, cold due to sanctions against Russia, due to the refusal to purchase food, fertilizers and energy here, the destruction of gas pipelines to Europe, restrictions on trade and logistics.
Striving to expand the armed conflict between NATO and Russia in Ukraine, the military-political elite of the United States is able to turn the peoples of its ally and competitor – the European Union – into cannon fodder, destroy its economy and statehood, and all for their own benefit. The continuation of fascist behavior in the international arena of the military-political elite of Great Britain, the United States and the EU states will lead fascism into the domestic politics of the ruling circles of these states, from which their population will suffer no less, if not more, than the population of Hitler’s Germany.
Credit must be given to Russia, which made efforts to prevent war in Ukraine. Russia signed the Minsk agreements, providing for the preservation of the population of the DPR and LPR as part of Ukraine with a special status despite the results of their referendums, in which the peoples voted for state independence from the Kiev junta. But the Kiev junta refused to implement the Minsk agreements, since its master, the military-political elite of the United States, needs war here, not peace and protection of human rights. Russia sought to stop shelling from Ukraine of the territory of the DPR and LPR, offering negotiations. But Ukraine thwarted them. Russia invited the West to agree on the adoption of measures for equal security and, in particular, on the fulfillment by the West of its promise not to promote NATO to the East, including to the territory of Ukraine. But the West ignored this proposal, forcing Russia to ensure its security unilaterally and by force.
Peoples who trample on the freedom of other peoples cannot be free. That is why we call on the peoples of the aggressor states – Great Britain, Canada, the United States, the European Union states – to organize and resolutely oppose their aggressive governments, forcing them to stop the Ukrainian bloody adventure, or replace them with peace-loving rulers.
