5일 민중민주당미국평화원정단이 미현지평화단체인 카톨릭워커와 백악관앞에서 <키리졸브북침핵전쟁연습영구중단! 미군철거!>집회를 공동주최했다.
참가자들은 3월8일부터 진행되는 키리졸브북침핵전쟁연습의 영구중단을 촉구하며 미남동맹을 명목으로 제국주의침략책동을 노골화하고 있는 제국주의미국을 강력히 규탄했다. 이들은 <북침전쟁연습영구중단!미군철거!>구호를 힘차게 외쳤다.
민중민주당미국평화원정단단장은<북침전쟁책동은 초유의 정치적분열과 민심의 혼란을 낳은 바이든정부의 취약성을 보여준다. 바이든정부는 해외전쟁으로 내부문제를 해결하려는 위험천만한 시도를 즉각 중단해야한다.>면서<우리는 반드시 우리의 힘으로 미군을 철거하고 통일을 이룩할것이다. 나아가 미국민중의 자주적투쟁을 지지하며 평화를 사랑하는 모든 인류와 함께할것이다.>라고 밝혔다.

바이든정부는 키리졸브북침핵전쟁연습 즉각 중단하고 주남미군을 철거하라!
키리졸브북침핵전쟁연습으로 코리아반도핵전쟁위험이 고조되고 있다. 미남당국은 8일부터 실시되는 미남합동군사연습이 연례적, 방어적 성격이며 지휘소연습(CPX)이라고 하나 명백히 핵전쟁연습이라는데 그 침략적 본질이 있다. 지휘소연습은 야외실기동훈련(FTX)만 없을뿐 육·해·공군·해병대등이 총동원돼 동시다발로 북진공격을 개시, <평양점령>, <참수작전>을 실시하는 선제공격전이다. 뿐만아니라 유사시 미군전력이 출동하는 유엔군사령부 후방기지7곳이 있는 주일미군까지 참가하는 미일남합동전쟁연습이라는데 더 큰 위험성이 있다.
바이든정부출범후 대북전쟁위협·적대시책동은 더욱 심화되고 있다. 최근 미고위국방관계자들은 북의 핵·미사일전력을 사전에 무력화하는 <발사의 왼편(Left of Launch)>전략이 <불가피한 선택>이라며 호전성을 드러냈다. 미합동참모본부차장 하이튼은 미국의 미사일방어능력은 <북에 초점이 맞춰져있다>며 캘리포니아·알래스카에 요격미사일 추가배치를 확인했다. 미국무장관 블링컨도 북은 <미국의 잠재적 위협>, <무력사용을 주저하지 않을 것>이라며 침락적 본색을 드러냈다.
코리아반도 정세격화의 원인은 철저히 미국에 있다. 미국은 미남<동맹>을 구실로 남코리아에 대한 군사적 지배를 전면화하며 제국주의침략책동을 노골화하고 있다. 남코리아서해상공에 특수정찰기가 집중전개되고 코리아반도주변에 핵전폭기·핵항모·핵전쟁지휘기 등 핵무력이 증강되는 이유가 무엇이겠는가. 오늘 워싱턴DC에서는 미남방위비분담금협상이 열려 1조389억원합의가 논의됐다고 한다. 우리민중의 생존권·발전권을 유린하고 우리민족의 단합과 통일을 방해하는 장본인은 바로 제국주의미국이다.
바이든정부는 북침핵전쟁연습을 중단하고 미군을 당장 철거해야 한다. 이번 전쟁연습은 실제전쟁이자 핵전으로 전화될 수 있기에 그 어느때보다 위험천만하다. 전쟁의 화근, 만악의 근원 미군철거는 정의며 필연이다. 미군이 철거돼야만 전쟁위기에서 근본적으로 벗어날 수 있으며 예속·굴종의 역사를 청산할 수 있다. 특히 바이든정부는 미국내 정치적 혼란과 분열의 중심에 있지 않은가. 우리는 내부모순을 외부침략으로 무마하려는 바이든정부에 맞서 반제반미공동투쟁을 전개할 것이며 미국민중의 자주와 민주를 향한 투쟁을 적극 지지할 것이다.

The Biden administration must immediately stop the Key Resolve nuclear war exercise against North Corea and withdraw U.S. troops from South Corea!
The danger of nuclear war around the Corean peninsula has been escalating due to the Key Resolve nuclear war exercise against North Corea. The U.S. and South Corea authorities said U.S.-South Corea joint military exercises scheduled to be from March 8th to March 18th is a Command Post Exercise (CPX), which is annual and defensive, but it has an aggressive nature in the light of the nuclear war exercise. CPX is conducted by fully mobilizing the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps initiating the attack towards North Corea simultaneously, just without Field Training Exercise (FTX). Also, it is the preemptive war, executing “occupying Pyongyang” and so-called “beheading operations.” Furthermore, there is a greater risk in the US-Japan-South Corea joint military exercise involving the U.S. Forces Japan which has seven rear bases of United Nations Command (UNC) and would mobilized U.S. Forces’ capability in case of war.
After the inauguration of the Biden administration, war threats and hostile maneuvers towards North Corea are getting more intensified. Recently, U.S. senior defense officials revealed the belligerence that the strategy of “Left of Launch” to neutralize North Corea’s nuclear and missile forces in advance is “an inevitable choice.” John Hyten, the vice chairman of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff, said the U.S.’ missile defense capability is “clearly focused on the North Corea” and confirmed the Additional Ground Base Interceptors were deployed in California and Alaska. The U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken showed his aggressive real character that North Corea is “a potential threat to the U.S.” and “The U.S. will never hesitate to use force.”
The cause of the escalating situation around the Corean peninsula is thoroughly in the United States. The U.S. is reinforcing its military dominance over the South Corea under the name of U.S.-South Corea “alliance” and doing aggressive maneuvers of imperialism more blatantly. What would be the reason for the intensive deployment of the special reconnaissance aircraft in the West Sea of South Corea and the augmentation of nuclear forces including nuclear bomber, nuclear aircraft carriers, nuclear war command plane around the Corean peninsula. It is said that the negotiations over the Special Measures Agreement (SMA) held in Washington, D.C. today agreed with the share of the cost to 1 trillion 38 billions 900 millions won. The culprit who violates the right to live and development of our people and interrupts the unity and reunification of our nation is the U.S. imperialism.
The Biden administration must stop nuclear war exercises against North Corea and withdraw U.S. troops from South Corea. This war exercise is actual war and is dangerous more than ever before because it could turn into the real nuclear war. The withdrawal of the U.S. troops, the cause of war and the root of all evils, is justice and inevitable. Only when the U.S. troops withdraw from South Corea, it will be fundamentally out of the crisis of war and will be able to liquidate the history of subordination and servitude. In particular, the Biden administration is at the center of political confusion and division in the U.S.. We will fight for anti-imperialist, anti-US joint struggle against the Biden administration, which is trying to cover up internal contradictions into external aggression. Also, we will strongly support the struggle of the American people towards independence and democracy.
