<바이든정부>는 대북침략책동을 중단하고 미군부터 철거하라!

1. 8일 미연방의회상원외교위원회가 <전략적 경쟁법>을 공개했다. <바이든정부>의 대북·대중정책을 담고 있는 법안은 남코리아를 비롯해 일본·호주·필리핀·태국을 인도·태평양지역의 <중요한 동맹>으로 규정하고 <동맹·파트너의 군사적 역량강화>를 강조했다. 북에 대해 <완전하고 검증가능하며 돌이킬 수 없는 비핵화(CVID)>를 할 때까지 <최대의 경제적 압박을 유지하는 것이 미정부의 정책>이라고 망발했다.
2. <전략적 경쟁법>은 인도·태평양지역동맹의 협력과제로 <미사일방어>와 <인권>을 내세우며 반북·반중적대의식을 노골적으로 드러냈다. 쿼드국가간 <더 많은 합동군사연습>의 필요를 강변하면서 미·일·호주간 군사동맹강화를 획책했다. 특히 <미·일국가안보혁신기금>까지 조성해 일본의 무장화를 대놓고 지원하겠다고 망동했다. 코리아반도·동북아재침야욕에 혈안이 된 일본과 제국주의군사동맹을 강화하는 것은 북·중에 대한 엄연한 도발이다.
3. <바이든정부>의 반북침략책동은 코리아반도의 핵전쟁위기를 고조시키는 근원이다. CVID는 <리비아식비핵화>이며 이는 코리아반도를 <초토화>하고 북정권의 <전복>하겠다는 선전포고나 다름없다. 지난해 북은 CVID를 강박하는 유엔총회에서 <주권국가의 내정에 간섭하는 무도한 행동>이라고 경고한 바 있다. 미국의 대북적대시책동이 계속된다면 북의 <행동대 행동>원칙에 따른 군사적 대응은 시간문제다. 미국은 대북침략책동을 중단하고 당장 미군부터 철거해야 한다.

The Biden administration must stop aggressive maneuvers against North Corea and withdraw U.S. troops from South Corea!

1. On April 8th, the Senate Foreign Relations Committee announced “the Strategic Competition Act of 2021.” The bill, including policy against North Corea and China of the Biden administration, defined Japan, Australia, Philippine and Thailand as “critical ally” in the Indo-Pacific region and emphasized “strengthening military ties with allies and partners.” It also made an absurd remark that “the U.S. will maintain maximum economic pressure against North Corea until the North Corea takes steps for its complete, verifiable and irreversible denuclearization (CVID).”
2. With the “missile defence” and “human rights” ahead as a cooperative task of the Indo-Pacific alliance, the “Strategic Competition Act of 2021” revealed anti-North Corea and anti-China hostility. It attempted to strengthen military alliance among the U.S., Japan and Australia, strongly insisting the need for “more joint military exercise” between the Quad states. In particular, it rashly supported the militarization of Japan, raising “Innovative U.S. and Japanese businesses.” The strengthening of the imperialist military alliance with Japan, obsessed with aggressive ambition on the Corean peninsula and northeast Asia, is a resolute provocation against North Corea and China.
3. The aggressive maneuvers against North Corea by the Biden administration is the root cause of escalating the nuclear war crisis on the Corean peninsula. CVID is the “Libya denuclearization model,” which is no better than a declaration of war to “devastate” the Corean peninsula and “overturn” the North Corean regime. Last year, North Corea warned that it was a “reckless behavior to intervene in the internal affairs of sovereign state” at the UN General Assembly, which compelled CVID. It will be a matter of time before the North Corea response militarily according to the principle of North Corea’s “action-for-action” principle, if the U.S. persisted hostile policy against North Corea. The U.S. must stop aggressive maneuvers against North Corea and immediately withdraw U.S. troops from South Corea.
