민중민주당(민중당) 마드리드원정단은 28일(현지시간) 나토정상회의회담장앞에서 논평 <코리아반도·아시아핵전쟁위기 심화시키는 나토 해체하라!>를 우리말과 영문으로 발표했다.
논평은 남코리아윤석열대통령의 나토정상회의 참가에 대해 <나토의 인도·태평양지역으로의 세력확장은 명백히 역내 핵전쟁위기를 심화시키는 위험천만한 행위다>라고 지적했다.
이어 <나토는 집단안보체제가 아니라 미국중심의 대러침략기구다>라고 지적하며 <나토가 지금, 대러·대북·대중침략기구로 탈바꿈하며 코리아반도·아시아침략책동을 본격화하고 있다>라고 비판했다.
그러면서 <미제침략세력이 남·일간 군사적 결탁을 획책하고 미·일·남3각군사동맹을 강화시켜 대북·대중핵전쟁책동을 벌이려는데서 그 침략적 흉심이 노골적으로 드러난다>고 역설했다.
끝으로 <윤석열의 나토정상회의참석은 아시아침략에 혈안이 된 나토에 부역해 세계핵전쟁위기를 심화시키는 위험천만한 망동이며 그 배후에는 미제침략세력이 있다>며 <남코리아민중의 주남미군철거·윤석열청산투쟁과 세계민중들의 나토해체투쟁·반미반제공동행동은 정의며 필연이다>라고 강조했다.

코리아반도·아시아핵전쟁위기 심화시키는 나토 해체하라!
1. 29일 스페인 마드리드에서 나토정상회의가 열린다. 이번 회담에는 남코리아의 윤석열과 일본총리 기시다도 참석한다. 더해 미·일·남정상회담이 있을 예정이다. 한편 1일 미국무장관 블링컨은 나토사무총장 스톨텐베르그와의 기자회견에서 <나토정상회의에서 중국의 급속한 군사화, 중·러간 무제한적 친선관계 등 도전에 대응하기 위해 2010년 이후 처음으로 신전략개념을 채택할 것>, <유럽연합과 인도·태평양파트너들 간 관계를 강화할 것>이라고 강변했다.
2. 나토의 인도·태평양지역으로의 세력확장은 명백히 역내 핵전쟁위기를 심화시키는 위험천만한 행위다. 나토는 집단안보체제가 아니라 미국중심의 대러침략기구다. 나토의 침략성은 1999년 유고슬라비아를 78일간 연속 폭격해 8000명이상의 민간인을 잔학무도하게 사상한 것을 통해 단적으로 드러난다. <나토동진금지>약속을 일방적으로 파기하고 대러침략책동을 극렬하게 감행해 결국 우크라이나전을 촉발시킨 주범도 다름 아닌 나토다. 그런 나토가 지금, 대러·대북·대중침략기구로 탈바꿈하며 코리아반도·아시아침략책동을 본격화하고 있다.

Disband NATO which intensifies nuclear war crisis in the Corean peninsula and Asia!
1. The 29th of June, NATO summit will be held in Madrid, Spain. In this meeting, the president of South Corea Yoon Suk Yeol and the prime minister of Japan Kishida Fumio will attend. In addition, a summit between U.S., Japan and South Corea is scheduled. U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken, meanwhile, argued that “There the Alliance will adopt a new strategic concept, the first one since 2010, to make sure that we are ready to meet the challenges; the People’s Republic of China’s rapid militarization, its no-limits friendship with Russia” and that “We’ll strengthen our relationships with the European Union and with partners in the Indo-Pacific.” at the press conference with general secretary of NATO Jens Stoltenberg on June 1st.
2. NATO’s expansion to the Indo-Pacific region is obviously an extremely dangerous action that intensifies nuclear war crisis in the region. NATO is not a system for collective security, but a U.S.-centered aggressive body against Russia. The aggressive nature of NATO is directly revealed through the continuous bombing Yugoslavia for 78 days in 1999 and resulting in brutally hurting and killing over 8,000 civilians. The main culprit who unilaterally had broken the promise for “Not Expanding NATO to the East”, then has extremely carried out aggressive schemes against Russia, and eventually provoked the war in Ukraine is none other than NATO. Now, such NATO transformed itself into the aggressive body against Russia, North Corea, and China and has been stepping up aggressive maneuver in the Corean Peninsula and Asia.
3. The aggressive, wicked intention of the U.S. imperialist forces is blatantly revealed as the they have plotted the military collusion between South Corea and Japan and strengthened the U.S.-Japan-South Corea triangular military alliance to engage in nuclear war maneuvers against North Corea and China. The attendance to NATO summit by Yoon Suk Yeol is an extremely dangerous and rash behavior, collaborating the NATO obsessed to invade Asia, intensifies the global nuclear war crisis. The wirepuller is the U.S. imperialist forces. South Corean people’s struggle to withdraw U.S. troops and to liquidate Yoon Suk Yeol’s group, and worldwide people’s struggle to disband NATO and their anti-US, anti-imperialist joint actions are justice and inevitable.
