The Road to Peace and Socialism Today Lies through Repulsing Neo-Fascism
Having defeated in fierce battles and with great human and material losses german and japanese fascism in world war ii, the Soviet Union and its foreign allies for a long time rid humanity of the brown plague, but, unfortunately, not forever, as the liberators of the soviet people, the peoples of europe and the world had hoped.
The world slaughter was not yet over, and the baton of hitler’s delirium about the conquest of world domination was picked up by the anglo-saxon oligarchy, getting fat on military supplies and sitting out the destruction behind the ocean, which rose to world level and laid claim to world leadership by the same fascist methods. How else to understand the nuclear bombing of hiroshima and nagasaki in japan and the carpet bombing of Dresden and other german cities of the actually already defeated germany, which was not caused by any military necessity, as an attempt to frighten the whole world so that it would not resist the expansion of the newfangled fascists?
The main obstacle at the time to the implementation of the sinister plans of the new world lords was the Soviet Union. And the enemy succeeded in destroying it with the help of traitors in the USSR in a methodically carried out since 1946 “cold war”, because in open combat the soviet army was invulnerable, because, in particular, the USSR eliminated the monopoly of the west on nuclear weapons.
The territory of the unified USSR was turned into a group of republics weakened by the fragmentation and reanimation of the bourgeois system. To prevent their return to socialism and the restoration of state unity, western neo-fascists, exploiting the territory of the USSR for their geostrategic needs and seeking to turn it into a bridgehead against today’s main enemy – china, impose here by deception, bribery and force collaborationist governments, push the soviet people in bloody confrontations in order to bury the friendship of peoples.
All of this is happening now before our eyes in the ukrainian part of the USSR, where the neo-fascist alliance of the anglo-saxon and european global financial oligarchy went on the offensive against its Russian competitors in 2014, unleashing a pro-fascist military coup in kiev and starting a war against the people’s republic of Donetsk and people’s republic of Luhansk, whose population did not want to live under the rule of the u.s.-banderan junta, exercised its inalienable right to self-determination, up to and including political secession, by holding legitimate referendums, and thus gained the right to the inviolability of its borders.
Unfortunately, then, in 2014, there was a de facto collusion between the western oligarchs and the ruling oligarchs of Russia, according to which the united states did not go to war for crimea, as it turned out temporarily, and Russia did not go to war for Ukraine, being satisfied with the return of crimea. In the eight years since the kiev coup, the u.s. and its european satellites have deliberately turned ukrainian territory into a powerful military springboard against Russia, refusing to meet Russia’s demand for equal security and fulfill its promise not to push nato eastward. They made no secret of their plans to launch a devastating strike against Russia from ukrainian territory with ukrainian cannon fodder.
Thus oligarchic Russia, representing a real power, having its own interests in Ukraine and wishing to ensure their peace, was dragged into the war here, being an ally of the national liberation struggle of the population of the people’s republic of Donetsk and people’s republic of Luhansk and the anti-fascist struggle of the population of Ukraine. Thus, Russia, despite being an oligarchic state, is waging a just war here against the neo-fascist american-banderist expansion, and the entire conscious anti-fascist movement is interested in supporting its efforts to complete the national liberation struggle of the people’s republic of Donetsk and people’s republic of Luhansk and other regions of donbas, as well as the denazification and demilitarization of Ukraine and foil the large-scale war plans with Russia of the us and the nato block. This is the only way to achieve peace in this region and to prevent the further spread of war to europe and the whole world, which could lead to the use of nuclear and other weapons of mass destruction and the death of civilization. The defeat in Ukraine of u.s.-banderan fascism would be a real turning point in the fight against modern fascism.
in this regard, the peace-loving public in the united states, britain and the european union states has a special responsibility to curb their rulers who have already become or are becoming pro-fascist, or to replace them with democratic, anti-fascist peace-loving rulers.
It is necessary to stop supplying ukrainian fascists with weapons, financing their army, sending mercenaries and instructors here, training ukrainian soldiers abroad, supplying the ukrainian army with intelligence information, including from satellites, to put a barrier to russophobia, to achieve transfer of confrontation from the battlefield to the negotiating table.
Nowadays, trying to overcome the next world systemic crisis of imperialism in its global, final stage of development, western imperialism, losing its economic position in the world, is looking for a way out in the use of its dominant military power. It intensifies its expansion in a number of directions: in the korean peninsula against the dprk, around taiwan against china, in kosovo against serbia, in syria and iran against the legitimate government, in latin america, overthrowing the progressive rulers, etc.
It is possible that with regard to Ukraine, given the clear prospect of defeat here, the u.s. and nato will raise the military bar to even greater heights by starting the direct use of regular troops, that is, the invasion of its territory by the nato army. The polish rulers, for example, are ready for this, as they cherish the dream of seizing western Ukraine. They are only waiting for a command from washington. It is necessary to curb these plans in time. This is in the interests not only of the peoples of Ukraine, the people’s republic of Donetsk, people’s republic of Luhansk, and Russia, but also of the european peoples, who, even with the current heat of confrontation in Ukraine, are already experiencing difficulties caused by the thoughtless application by the west of economic sanctions against Russia, which caused an energy and food crisis, as well as the diversion of huge funds from social spending for the military needs of Ukraine. And if a full-scale war breaks out in europe, its people will subject themselves to the same tragic fate as the german people suffered when they failed to stop the takeover and anti-human activities of homegrown fascists in time.
Besides, we must not discount the fact that anglo-saxon imperialism, by fomenting the war in Ukraine, also pursues the aim of throwing aside and making even more dependent on itself its european rivals, which it calls its allies and uses in its own interests, including its world expansionism.
to defeat the modern, “democratic” fascism of the alliance of anglo-saxon and european oligarchs, which is even more anti-people and dangerous than nazi germany, as it possesses weapons of mass destruction, requires an even broader popular front than was the case during the repulsion of the alliance of the so-called Anti-Comintern Pact. Such a front is needed both locally against local manifestations of fascism and, given the fact that humanity is entering the phase of globalization, on a global scale against the mentioned units of the global financial oligarchy, which have grown to the point of fascism.
Already during world war II, not only the socialist USSR led by Stalin , but also the “democratic” imperialism of the usa and great britain fought german-fascist imperialism, which somewhat facilitated the victory of the USSR, that is, the anti-fascists used in their fight against fascism also inter-imperialist contradictions, which had a positive result.
Given this experience, it looks strange to deny the advisability of the union of the national liberation movement of Donbas and the anti-fascist movement of Ukraine with Russian “democratic” imperialism and to call to fight it on a par with the fascist aggressors – the rulers of the usa, great britain and the european union, which are the base countries of the anglo-saxon and european detachments of the world financial oligarchy, which have taken the path of fascism. This may be not conscious, but it is obvious assistance to the fascist aggressors fighting Russia. And the dogmatic attempt of such politicians to hide behind Lenin’s idea, which was absolutely correct during world war i, when the situation was different, – to fight for the defeat of their own government in the imperialist war, looks pathetic. Of course, no one denies the necessity of fighting Russian imperialism as well, but to conduct it at the expense of Russia’s real assistance to the national liberation and anti-fascist movement in the ukrainian part of the USSR, which leads to their defeat, would mean betraying the interests of the working people and their anti-fascist and national liberation movement. On the contrary, it is necessary to ensure that Russia’s military special operation on the territory of Ukraine achieves its declared goals.
On the eve of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the USSR we would like to emphasize that nowadays mankind sorely lacks this great socialist power, which resolutely opposed fascism, imperialism, a guarantor of peace, which was at the forefront of the socio-political, socio-economic and scientific and technological progress of mankind. It is the national and international duty of the soviet people and its communist party to fight back against the temporarily victorious counterrevolution and to revive the country. And this is possible, because it is necessary for the fate of the world, the survival of mankind and its entry into the very true history of civilization about which the classics of marxism-Leninism spoke. This is possible, in particular, if the international communist, democratic and peace-loving movement of the world gives as decisive support as it did before the great october revolution and the subsequent intervention against soviet Russia. And it is necessary to begin such support today by joining efforts in liberating the ukrainian part of the territory of the USSR from american-banderite fascism.

Дорога к миру и социализму лежит сегодня через отпор неофашизму
Разгромив в жестоких боях и с огромными людскими и материальными жертвами германский и японский фашизм во Второй мировой войне, Советский Союз и его зарубежные союзники надолго избавили человечество от коричневой чумы, но, к сожалению, не навсегда, на что надеялись освободители Советского народа, народов Европы и всего мира.
Ещё не окончилась эта мировая бойня, а эстафету бредовых мыслей Гитлера о завоевании мирового господства подхватила разжиревшая на военных поставках и отсидевшаяся от разрушений за океаном англосаксонская олигархия, поднявшаяся до мирового уровня и заявившая претензию на руководство миром теми же фашистскими методами. Как иначе понять не вызванную никакой военной необходимостью ядерную бомбардировку Хиросимы и Нагасаки в Японии и ковровые бомбардировки Дрездена и других немецких городов фактически уже поверженной Германии, как не попытку устрашить весь мир, чтобы он не сопротивлялся экспансии новоявленных фашистов?
Главным препятствием в то время для осуществления зловещих планов новоявленных мировых господ был Советский Союз. И врагу удалось с помощью перерожденцев в СССР разрушить его в методично проведённой с 1946 года «холодной войне», так как в открытом бою Советская армия была неуязвима, ибо, в частности, СССР ликвидировал монополию Запада на ядерное оружие.
Территория единого СССР была превращена в группу республик, ослабленных разрозненностью и реанимацией буржуазного строя. Чтобы не допустить их возврат к социализму и восстановление государственного единства, западные неофашисты, осваивая территорию СССР под свои геостратегические нужды и стремясь превратить её в плацдарм против главного сегодняшнего противника – Китая, насаждают здесь обманом, подкупом и силой коллаборационистские правительства, сталкивают советских людей в кровавых разборках, чтобы похоронить дружбу народов.
Всё это и происходит ныне на наших глазах на украинской части территории СССР, где неофашистский альянс англосаксонской и европейской мировой финансовой олигархии пошёл с 2014 года в открытое наступление на своих российских конкурентов, развязав профашистский военный переворот в Киеве и начав войну против ДНР и ЛНР, население которых не пожелало жить под властью американо-бандеровской хунты, воспользовалось своим неотъемлемым правом на самоопределение вплоть до политического отделения, проведя легитимные референдумы, и возымело тем самым право на неприкосновенность своих границ.
К сожалению, тогда, в 2014 году, состоялся фактический сговор западных олигархов с правящими олигархами России, согласно которому США не стали воевать за Крым, как оказалось временно, а Россия не стала воевать за Украину, удовольствовавшись возвращением Крыма. За 8 лет после киевского переворота США и его европейские сателлиты сознательно превратили территорию Украины в мощный военный плацдарм против России, отказавшись удовлетворить требование России на равную безопасность и выполнить обещание не продвигать НАТО на Восток. Не скрывались планы нанести уничтожающий удар по России с украинской территории руками украинского пушечного мяса.
Так олигархическая Россия, представляя собой реальную силу, имея собственные интересы на Украине и желая обеспечивать их миром, была втянута здесь в войну, оказавшись попутчиком национально-освободительной борьбы населения ДНР и ЛНР и антифашистской борьбы населения Украины. Тем самым Россия, несмотря на то, что является олигархическим государством, ведёт здесь справедливую войну против неофашистской американо-бандеровской экспансии, и всё сознательное антифашистское движение заинтересовано поддержать её усилия, чтобы довести до конца дело национально-освободительной борьбы ДНР и ЛНР и других регионов Донбасса, а также денацификации и демилитаризации Украины и сорвать крупномасштабные планы войны с Россией США и блока НАТО. Это единственный путь достижения мира в данном регионе и предотвращения дальнейшее распространения войны на Европу и на весь мир, что может привести к применении ядерного и иного оружия массового поражения и гибели цивилизации. Поражение на Украине американо-бандеровского фашизма будет реальным поворотным вкладом в борьбу с современным фашизмом.
В этом плане на миролюбивой общественности США, Великобритании и государств Евросоюза лежит особая ответственность за обуздание своих правителей, уже ставших или становящихся профашистскими, или за их замену демократическими, антифашистскими миролюбивыми правителями.
Необходимо обеспечить прекращение поставок украинским фашистам оружия, финансирования их армии, посылки сюда наёмников и инструкторов, обучения украинских солдат за рубежом, снабжения украинской армии разведывательной информацией, в том числе со спутников, поставить заслон русофобии, добиться переноса противоборства с полей сражений на стол переговоров.
Ныне, стремясь преодолеет очередной мировой системный кризис империализма на его глобальном, заключительном этапе развития, западный империализм, теряя свои экономические позиции в мире, ищет выход в применении своей преобладающей военной мощи. Он активизирует экспансию в целом ряде направлений: на Корейском полуострове против КНДР, вокруг Тайваня против Китая, в Косово против Сербии, в Сирии и Иране против законного правительства, в Латинской Америке, свергая прогрессивных правителей, и т.д.
Не исключено, что в отношении Украины, учитывая явную перспективу здесь поражения, США и НАТО поднимут военную планку на ещё большую высоту, начав прямое применение регулярных войск, то есть вторжение НАТОвской армии её территорию. К этому готовы, например, польские правители, лелеющие мечту захватить Западную Украину. Они ожидают лишь команды из Вашингтона. Необходимо своевременно обуздать эти планы. Это в интересах не только народов Украины, ДНР, ЛНР и России, но и европейских народов, которые и при нынешнем накале противостояния на Украине уже испытывают трудности, вызванные бездумным применением Западом экономических санкций против России, вызвавших энергетический и продовольственный кризис, а также отвлечением от социальных расходов огромных средств на военные нужды Украины. А если разразится полномасштабная война в Европе, то её народы подвергнут себя той же трагической участи, которую пережил немецкий народ, не сумевший своевременно пресечь вхождение во власть и античеловеческую деятельность доморощенных фашистов.
К тому же нельзя сбрасывать со счетов, что англосаксонский империализм разжиганием войны на Украине преследует и цель отбросить и ещё больше поставить в зависимость от себя своих европейских конкурентов, которые называет своими союзниками и использует в собственных интересах, в том числе в деле своей мировой экспансии.
Чтобы победить современный, «демократический» фашизм альянса англосаксонских и европейских олигархов, ещё более антинародный и опасный, чем нацистский немецкий, так как обладает оружием массового поражения, необходим ещё более широкий народный фронт, чем это имело место в период отражения альянса т.н. «Антикоминтерновского пакта» – такой фронт и на местах против местных проявлений фашизма, и, учитывая вхождение человечества в стадию глобализации, в мировом масштабе против названных отрядов мировой финансовой олигархии, доросших до фашизма.
Уже в период Второй мировой войны с немецко-фашистским империализмом сражался не только социалистический СССР во главе со И.В.Сталиным, но и «демократический» империализм США и Великобритании, что несколько облегчило победу СССР, то есть антифашисты использовали в своей борьбе с фашизмом и межимпериалистические противоречия, что дало положительный результат.
Учитывая этот опыт, странным выглядит отрицание целесообразности союза национально-освободительного движения Донбасса и антифашистского движения Украины с российским «демократическим» империализмом и призывы бороться с ним наравне с фашистскими агрессорами – правителями США, Великобритании и государств Евросоюза, являющимися странами базирования англосаксонского и европейского отрядов мировой финансовой олигархии, вставших на путь фашизма. Это пусть не осознанная, но явная помощь фашистским агрессорам, борющимся с Россией. И жалкой выглядит догматическая попытка таких деятелей спрятаться за мысль В.И.Ленина, абсолютно верную в период Первой мировой войны, когда ситуация была иной, – бороться за поражение собственного правительства в империалистической войне. Разумеется, никто не отрицает необходимость борьбы и с российским империализмом, но вести её в ущерб реальной помощи России национально-освободительному и антифашистскому движению на украинской части территории СССР, что ведёт к их поражению, означит предательство интересов трудового народа и его антифашистского и национально-освободительного движения. Наоборот, необходимо добиваться, чтобы военная спецоперация России на территории Украины достигла объявленных целей.
В преддверие 100-летия образования СССР хочется особо отметить, что ныне человечеству остро недостаёт этой великой социалистической державы, решительно выступавшей против фашизма, империализма, гарантом мира, находившейся в авангарде общественно-политического, социально-экономического и научно-технического прогресса человечества. Национальный и интернациональный долг Советского народа и его коммунистической партии дать отпор временно победившей контрреволюции, возродить страну. И это возможно, так как необходимо для судеб мира, выживания человечества и вступления его в ту саму подлинную историю цивилизации, о которой говорили классики марксизма-ленинизма. Это возможно, в частности, если международное коммунистическое, демократическое и миролюбивое движение мира окажет столь же решительную поддержку, как это было сделано в перед Великого Октября и последовавшей интервенции против Советской России. И начать такую поддержку нужно уже сегодня соединением усилий в освобождении украинской части территории СССР от американо-бандеровского фашизма.
