미국은 핵전쟁연습을 영구중단하고 주남미군을 철거하라!
- 미남합동군사연습계획이 발표됐다. 27일 남국방부장관 서욱은 3월초로 예정된 미남합동군사연습에 대해 <컴퓨터시뮬레이션으로 하는 방어적이고 연례적인 연습>이라며 <미남연합사와 긴밀하게 협의해 훈련을 조율하고 있다>고 했다. 문재인대통령이 신년사에서 미남합동군사연습은 <코리아반도 비핵화와 평화 정착>에 관한 문제이므로 <필요하면 남북군사위원회에서 북과 협의할 수 있다>고 언급한 것과 달리 연습은 예정대로 실시한다는 것이다.
- 코리아반도를 둘러싼 지역정세는 전쟁으로 치닫고 있다. 미국은 각종 전략자산배치와 군사연습실시로 대만·남중국해와 이란, 코리아반도를 화약고로 만들고 있다. 1월14일 북열병식직후 B-1B전폭기·루스벨트항모 등을 잇따라 출격시키며 대북위협을 더욱 노골화하고 23일 남중국해에서 <항행의 자유>작전을 실시하며 중국을 극도로 자극하고 있다. 25일 괌앤더슨기지에 B-52전폭기를 재배치하는가하면 27일 페르시아만에 B-52를 전개해 중동에서의 군사적 긴장도 고조시켰다.
- 미남합동군사연습은 미국의 핵전쟁책동의 일환이다. <컴퓨터시뮬레이션방식의 지휘소훈련(CPX)>을 비롯한 모든 군사연습은 본질에서 북침핵전쟁연습이다. 우리는 전시작전통제권전환을 명분으로 추진하는 합동군사연습의 배경에 미국내정치의 혼란과 분열이 있음을 주목하고 있다. 미국은 제국주의핵전쟁책동을 즉각 중단하고 주남미군을 철거해야 한다. 우리는 전세계적 범위에서의 반미반제공동투쟁이 미제국주의의 멸망을 촉진할 것이라 확신한다.

The U.S. must permanently stop the nuclear war exercise and withdraw U.S. troops from South Corea!
- The plan for joint military exercise was announced. On the 27th, South Corean Minister of National Defense Seo Wook said about the U.S.-South Corea joint military exercise scheduled for early March. “it’s a defensive and annual exercise by computer simulation” and “we are coordinating the training in close consultation with the U.S.-South Corea Combined Command.” In the New Year address, President Moon Jae-In remarked U.S.-South Corea joint military exercise is an issue regarding “denuclearization of the Corean Peninsula and peace settlement.” So “If necessary, South and North Corea can discuss issues regarding joint military exercises through a joint military committee.” But, unlike what he mentioned, exercise will conduct as scheduled.
- The regional situation surrounding the Corean peninsula is going towards war. The U.S. is making the Taiwan, South China Sea, Iran and the Corean peninsula as gunpowder through the deployment of various strategic assets and military exercises. Right after the North Corean military parade on January 14th, the U.S. launched B-1B fighter bomber and USS Theodore Roosevelt Carrier one after another and makes threats more frankly against North Corea. On the 23rd, the U.S. extremely stimulated China, carrying out the operation “freedom of the seas” in the South China Sea. Also, the U.S. increased tensions in the Middle Ease relocating the B-52 bombers in Anderson Air Force Base in Guam on the 25th and sending B-52 bombers over the Persian Gulf on the 27th.
- The U.S.-South joint military exercise is part of the nuclear war schemes by the U.S.. All military exercises, including the computer simulation-driven CPX, are essentially the exercises for nuclear war to invade North Corea. We are paying attention to the confusion and division of the U.S. internal politics in the background of the joint military exercises that pursued in the name of the transferring wartime operational control authority. The U.S. must immediately stop the scheme of the imperialist nuclear war and withdraw the U.S. troops from South Corea. We are certain that the anti-U.S. and anti-imperialist joint struggle in worldwide scale will accelerate the fall of the U.S. imperialism.
