우리민중은 제국주의핵전쟁책동을 분쇄하고 자주통일의 새세상을 앞당겨 실현할 것이다
1. 바이든<정부>가 북침핵전쟁책동의도를 노골적으로 드러냈다. 미국방부는 <코리아반도준비태세에 대한 우리의 필요와 준비태세를 개선하고 강력하게 유지하는 연습체제>에 대해 <아무 것도 변한 것이 없다>며 북침핵전쟁연습에 대한 침략적 본색을 고수했다. 미백악관국가안보보좌관 설리번은 최근 아프가니스탄사태와 관련해 <코리아나 유럽에서 미군을 감축할 의도는 전혀 없다>면서 <잠재적 외부의 적에 맞서 동맹을 지키기 위해 오랫동안 미군을 유지해온 것>이라는 궤변을 늘어놨다.
2. 미군의 해외주둔은 세계곳곳에서 전쟁을 유발하는 직접적인 요인이다. 주아프가니스탄미군의 철수후 발생한 일련의 사태는 미군주둔이 분쟁과 전쟁을 방지해온 것이 아니라 민족간 갈등을 심화시켰다는 사실을 입증한다. 미군은 미남합동군사연습기간에 영국·호주·일본 등 제국주의연합세력의 침략무력을 대거동원해 <LSE2021>을 실시하는데 이어 <말라바르2021>까지 예정하며 북·중국·러시아 등 반제자주세력에 군사적으로 도발하고 있다. 바이든은 <미국익이 없는 곳에서 싸우는 실수를 반복하지 않을 것>이라며 미국의 패권적 이익우선을 확인했다.
3. 바이든<정부>는 미남합동군사연습을 즉각 중단하고 주남미군부터 철거해야 한다. 북침핵전쟁연습으로 인해 13개월만에 복원된 남북통신선은 보름만에 단절됨으로써 남북관계는 평화적으로 회복될 수 없는 지경에 이르렀다. 이미 북은 두차례 공식입장을 표명하며 <미군이 남조선에 주둔하는 한 정세를 악화시키는 화근은 제거되지 않을 것>이라고 밝혔다. 미남합동군사연습의 중단은 우리민족·민중의 생존과 직결되는 가장 절박한 과제다. 우리민족은 스스로의 힘으로 민족절멸의 위기를 불러오는 미국의 제국주의전쟁책동을 분쇄하고 자주통일위업을 앞당겨 실현할 것이다.

Our People will annihilate maneuver of imperialist nuclear war and accelerate to realize the new world of independent reunification.
1. Biden “government” blatantly revealed the intent toward nuclear war maneuver against North Corea. US Department of Defense stated that “Nothing’s changed about our need for readiness on the Korean peninsula and our desire to work in lock-step with our ROK allies on training regimen that improves that readiness and keeps that readiness strong” and kept their aggressive real character about the nuclear war exercise to invade North Corea. About the recent Afghanistan issue, US National Security Advisor, Jacob Sullivan made sophistic remarks that the US president “has no intention of drawing down our forces from South Korea or from Europe” and “we have sustained troop presences for a very long time — not in the middle of a civil war, but to deal with the potential of an external enemy and to protect our ally against that external enemy.”
2. Stationing US troops abroad are the direct cause of provoking war all over the world. The series of situations happened after the withdrawal of US troops from Afghanistan, proves that the presence of US troops overseas hasn’t prevented the disputes and wars and deepened the conflicts between the nations. In the period of the US-South Corea joint military exercise, US forces mobilize the imperialist allied military forces of invasion including the U.K., Australia and Japan to enforce “LSE2021” and continuously planning “Malabar2021,” it makes military provocations against anti-imperialist and independence forces including North Corea, China and Russia. Biden said that “I will not repeat the mistakes we’ve made in the past — the mistake of staying and fighting indefinitely in a conflict that is not in the national interest of the United States” and stated the priority of US hegemonic interests.
3. Biden “government” should immediately stop the US-South Corea joint military exercise and withdraw the US troops from South Corea. By the nuclear war exercise to invade North Corea, the inter-Corean communication lines restored in 13 months cut off in two weeks and the relationship between South and North Corea reached the irreparable situation by the peaceful way. North Corea already announced the official statements twice, uttering that “as long as the U.S. forces stay in (South) Korea, the root cause for the periodic aggravation of the situation on the Korean Peninsula will never vanish.” To stop the US-South Corea joint military exercise is the most urgent task directly connected with the life of our nation and our people. Our nation annihilate the maneuver of imperialist nuclear war which provokes the crisis of totally destroying our nation and accelerate to realize the task of independent reunification on our own accord.
