트럼프정부는 <제2의피그스만침공>사건에 대해 공개사죄하고 모든 내정간섭을 중단하라!
1. 3일새벽 베네수엘라수도 카라카스의 인근 해안도시 라과이라에 미용병 60여명이 침입했다. 베네수엘라정부는 8명을 사살하고 2명을 체포해 조사중이라고 밝혔다. 체포된 2명중 1명은 미마약단속국요원이다. 현장에서는 고성능무기·위성전화와 미국기가 새겨진 헬멧 등이 발견됐다. 마두로베네수엘라대통령은 미용병들이 침투해 정권전복음모를 꾸몄다고 발표했다. 베네수엘라정부군은 현재 이 사건과 관련된 200여명을 체포·추적중이다.
2. 5일 트럼프정부는 <우리정부와 관계없다>, <마두로정권이 이번 사건을 자신들이 자행하는 탄압을 정당화하는데 사용하고있다>고 구차한 변명을 늘어놓았다. 심지어 <베네수엘라내 쿠바정보기관들이 이번 사건에서 어떤 역할을 했는지 면밀히 조사하겠다>며 적반하장식 주권침해망언까지 했다. 그러나 검거된 미사설보안업체운영자 구르도는 <마두로정권타도를 위해 과이도쪽과 계약을 맺고 이번 작전을 수행>했다고 자백했다. 이처럼 사실은 너무나 명백하다.
3. 이번 사건은 트럼프정부에 의한 정권전복시도로서 가장 수치스런 <제2의 피그스만침공>사건이다. 트럼프정부는 최근년에만 마두로대통령에 대한 드론암살시도, 친미꼭두각시 과이도를 앞세운 우익쿠데타시도를 자행했으나 모두 실패했다. 베네수엘라에 대한 거듭된 침략책동은 제국주의미국의 야만성과 악랄함을 여실히 보여준다. 트럼프정부는 마두로정권전복시도에 대해 공개사죄하고 베네수엘라에 대한 모든 내정간섭을 당장 중단해야 한다. 우리는 베네수엘라민중들이 반미반제투쟁에서 승리하며 혁명을 계속 전진시킬 것이라고 확신한다.

Trump administration must make a public apology about the “2nd Bay of Pigs invasion” and halt interference in all internal affairs against of Venezuela!
1. Over 60 US mercenaries invaded the coast city of La Guaira around the capital city, Caracas in Venezuela before dawn on May 3rd. The Venezuelan authorities announced that eight mercenaries were shot dead and two mercenaries were arrested and detained under investigation. One of two allegations is the agent of the US Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). The authorities found high-calibre weapons, satellite telephone and US helmets adorned with the US flag from the scene. Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro said that the US mercenaries infiltrated and plotted to topple the government. At present, the Venezuelan government forces have arrested and tracked about 200 people related to this plot.
2. Trump administration flimsy excuses “It has nothing to do with our government.”, “Maduro regime is using the event to justify their repression.” on May 5th. Trump administration turned on with an absurd remark “We will also be looking closely into the role of the Cuban intelligence apparatus in Venezuela”, violating the sovereignty. However, after Jordan Goudreau, a US private security contractor, was arrested and confessed his crimes “I signed a contract with Juan Guaidó to overthrow Maduro regime and I carried out the operation.” Like this, the fact is blindingly obvious.
3. This plot is the most disgraceful “the 2nd Bay of Pigs invasion” by the Trump administration as an attempt to overthrow the President Nicolás Maduro regime. In the recent year, the Trump administration committed drone assassination attempt and the right-wing coup attempt led by pro-US puppet Guaido against President Maduro. But all failed. The repeating aggressive scheme against Venezuela clearly shows barbarism and the brutality of the US imperialism. The Trump administration must make the public apology for the attempt to overthrow Maduro regime and stop interfering in all the internal affairs against Venezuela immediately. We in People’s Democracy Party (PDP) are convinced that Venezuelan people will win in the anti-US anti-imperialist struggle and move forward the revolution continuously.
