Estimados compatriotas integrantes de la plataforma antimperialista convocada para tal fin en la ciudad de Belgrado reciban un saludo revolucionario del pueblo de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, de su presidente constitucional Nicolás Maduro, presidente del partido, del compatriota Diosdado Cabello primer vicepresidente del psuv, del Prof. Adán Chávez vicepresidente de asuntos internacionales.
Asistimos a este evento en un momento lleno de amenazas a la paz del mundo, las fuerzas hegemonicas con el imperialismo estadounidense al frente y sus aliados las viejas potencias colonialistas europeas empujan la guerra como salida a la crisis que vive el modelo capitalista y buscan prolongar su dominación y hegemonía vemos como han impuesto un conflicto en Europa entre la federación de Rusia y la OTAN teniendo como epicentro el territorio Ukraniano, las provocaciones a China, el uso de la guerra multiforme a través de las medidas coercitivas unilaterales, e ilegales a los pueblos q no se someten a sus intereses, el bloqueo criminal contra el pueblo cubano y contra otras naciones, las más recientes contra la federación de Rusia, Venezuela ha sido objeto de una agresión sin precedentes medidas coercitivas, golpes de estado, magnicidio en grado de frustración, invasión armada de grupos mercenarios, desestabilizar la moneda y la economía, amenaza de intervención armada, frente a esto nuestro pueblo ha resistido y ha venido venciendo a un alto costo de sacrificio, razón por la cual valoramos la solidaridad de los pueblos del mundo, de sus vanguardias revolucionaria y los movimientos sociales.
Este evento es una gran oportunidad para seguir organizando la lucha contra la política guerrerista y criminal del imperio norteamericano y sus aliados, unificar las fuerzas que luchas por una paz basada en el respeto y la igualdad de derechos de los pueblos, compartimos que el tiempo de las hegemonias llegó a su fin, es urgente un nuevo orden multipolar que garantice la paz, valoramos y agradecemos la solidaridad de esta plataforma antimperialista con la lucha del pueblo Venezolano, que es la lucha de todos los pueblos del mundo amantes de la coexistencia pacífica, un gran abrazo solidario.
