미국은 제국주의침략책동을 중단하고 해외주둔미군 모두를 철거하라
- 미대통령 바이든이 전세계의 미군태세를 재검토하겠다고 한다. 4일 바이든은 <미국의 동맹은 가장 큰 자산>이라며 동맹국 및 핵심파트너들과의 <동맹과 협력>을 강조하면서 우선 주독미군의 철수계획부터 중단시켰다. 이는 <미군이 미국의 외교정책과 국가안보 우선순위와 적절히 부합하도록 하기 위한 것>이라고 강변했다. 과연 누가 이말을 문자적으로, 그대로 믿겠는가.
- 미국은 <동맹>을 내세워 제국주의패권야욕을 노골화해왔다. 지난해 쿼드·나토가입국들을 끌어들여 코리아반도주변에 핵전략자산을 집중배치하며 위험천만한 핵전쟁연습을 벌인 것도 미국이다. 미국을 중심으로 동맹국들을 동아시아에 집중시킴으로써 제국주의침략책동을 갈수록 노골화하고 있다. 바이든정부가 재건하겠다는 <민주적 동맹의 힘>이란 다른 나라에 대한 내정간섭과 침략망동을 강화하겠다는 뜻이다.
- 제국주의동맹은 전세계 평화와 안정을 위협하는 직접적인 요인이다. 미국은 <동맹>을 빌미로 세계곳곳에 미군을 주둔시키며 분쟁을 일으키고 있다. <동맹>강화를 구실로 주남미군주둔을 유지하려는 바이든정부가 제국주의침략전쟁으로 나아가는 것은 필연이다. 미국은 제국주의침략의 수단인 미군을 남코리아를 비롯 해외 모든 나라에서 즉각 철거해야 한다. 우리는 세계적 범위의 반미반제공동투쟁을 더욱 강화해 미제국주의의 파멸을 앞당길 것이다.

The U.S. must stop aggressive maneuvers of imperialism and withdraw all U.S. troops deployed abroad!
- U.S. President Biden said he will review the posture of the U.S. troops around the world. On the 4th, Biden emphasized “alliance and cooperation” with allies and key partners, saying “America’s alliances are our greatest asset” and halted the plan to withdraw the U.S. troops from Germany. He strongly insisted “to ensure that the U.S. troops is appropriately aligned with U.S. foreign policy and national security priorities.” But who would believe these words literally.
- The U.S. has openly expressed ambition for imperialistic hegemony with the “alliance.” Last year, it was also the U.S. that conducted the dangerous exercise for nuclear war by attracting QUAD and NATO member countries and placing nuclear strategic assets around the Corean Peninsula. By concentrating allies in East Asia, centering on the U.S., aggression measures of imperialism are increasingly blatant. The “power of democratic alliance,” which the Biden administration intends to rebuild, means to strengthen the intervention in the domestic affairs and invasion of other countries.
- The imperialist alliance is a direct factor that threats to peace and stability around the world. The U.S. is causing conflicts with the U.S. troops deployed all over the world as an excuse “Alliance.” It is inevitable that the Biden administration, which intends to maintain the U.S. troops in South Corea on the pretext of strengthening the “Alliance,” proceeds to the war of imperialist aggression. The U.S. must immediately withdraw the U.S. military, which is the means of imperialist aggression, from every country in the world including South Corea. We will further strengthen worldwide anti-U.S. and anti-imperialism joint struggle to accelerate the ruin of US imperialism.
