제국주의동맹 앞세운 북침핵전쟁책동 당장 중단하고 미군 철거하라!
- 동북아에서의 전쟁가능성이 날로 높아지고 있다. 16일 미일장관급 외교·안보회담에서 블링컨국무장관은 <미국의 동아시아정책의 핵심요인은 북의 비핵화>라며 <북의 핵미사일프로그램과 인권침해대응>에 미일남이 <협력>할 것을 촉구했다. 15일에는 <미일남이 힘을 모으면 중국의 공격과 위협에 강력하게 대항할 수 있다>며 이번 방일·방남이 미일남3각군사동맹 강화를 위한 것임을 노골적으로 드러냈다.
- <자유롭고 열린 인도태평양>의 본질은 반북반중전선이다. 14일 미국·일본·인도·호주 4개국이 <쿼드확대>를 시사하면서 남코리아의 동참에 대한 정치적 압박이 거세지고 있다. 미남합동군사연습으로 이미 코리아반도는 일촉즉발의 전쟁위험에 놓여있으며 16일 북 김여정부부장은 <북남군사분야합의서>파기까지 엄중경고한 상태다. 이런 상황에 오바마정부에서 대북제재에 앞장섰던 블링컨, 북을 위협세력으로 규정한 오스틴의 방남은 코리아전을 부추기는 전쟁행각과 다름없다.
- 바이든정부의 반북호전성이 갈수록 노골적으로 드러나고 있다. 16일 백악관국가안보회의는 북에 대한 <절제된 대응기조>를 결정했다고 기만했으나 바이든정부의 정치적 행보는 북침핵전쟁책동으로 일관돼 있다. 미국이 구태의연한 대북적대정책을 고수하며 코리아의 평화·통일을 막아나선다면 우리민중의 거국적인 반미항전으로 파멸적인 운명을 맞이하게 될 것이다. 미국은 어리석고 침략적인 동맹강화와 북침핵전쟁책동 대신 주남미군부터 당장 철거해야 한다.

The U.S. must immediately stop nuclear war maneuver against North Corea with the imperialism alliance ahead and withdraw U.S. troops from South Corea!
The possibility of war in Northeast Asia has been escalating day by day. On 16th of March, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken remarked “One key element in the US policy of East Asia is the denuclearization of North Corea” at foreign and security talks with Japanese counterparts. Also, he urged the U.S., Japan and South Corea to “cooperate on responding nuclear weapons program and human rights violations of North Corea”. On the 15th, he asserted that “If US, Japan and South Corea are united, we can push back against coercion and aggression of China.” and openly showed this visit to Japan and South Corea is for strengthening the trilateral military alliance among the U.S., Japan and South Corea.
The nature of “a free and open Indo-Pacific” is the front of anti-North Corea and anti-China. As four countries in the U.S., Japan, India, and Australia suggested “Quad Expansion” on March 14th, political pressure on South Corea to participate is intensifying. The Corean peninsula is already on the brink of war owing to the U.S.-South Corea joint military exercise. Kim Yo Jong, Vice Minister of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Corea, even issued a stern warning to the U.S., even mentioning abolishment of the “North-South military agreement” on the 16th. In this situation, the visit of South Corea of Antony Blinken, who led sanctions against North Corea in Obama administration and Lloyd Austin, who defined North Corea as a threat, is no more than an act of war instigating Corean war.
The Biden administration’s belligerence against North Corea has been revealed more blatantly. The White House National Security Council (NSC) deceived that it had decided to use “toned-down approach” toward North Corea on the 16th. On the contrary, the political actions of the Biden administration are consistent with the nuclear war maneuver against North Corea. If the U.S. adheres to its old-fashioned hostile policy toward North Corea and blocks the peace and reunification in Corea, it will be doomed to the fall as anti-U.S. resistance of our people on a national scale. The U.S. must immediately withdraw its troops from South Corea instead of stupidly and aggressively strengthening alliance and maneuvering the nuclear war against North Corea.
