미국은 대북대중침략책동의 돌격대인 주남미군을 당장 철거하라!
1. <반중전선>강화를 위한 미국중심의 침략적 결탁이 갈수록 노골적이다. 바이든<정부>는 24일 백악관에서 일본·인도·호주정상들과 첫 쿼드정상회의를 개최한다. 백악관은 이번 회의가 <바이든<정부>가 21세기 도전과제들에 대응>하는데 있어 <인도·태평양에 관여하는 것에 최우선순위를 두고 있음을 보여주는 것>이라고 패권적 속내를 드러냈다. 바이든이 지난달 31일 주아프간미군의 철거직후 대국민연설에서 중국·러시아를 거론하며 <새로운 도전>에 집중할 것을 강조한 뒤다. <중국견제>를 명분으로 한 군사·정치적 야합의도가 노골적으로 드러나고있다.
2. 인도·태평양전략은 미패권전략의 일환으로 대북대중전쟁책동이다. 1월 기밀해제된 인도·태평양전략문서에서 미정부는 중국에 대항해 <미국과 세계전력의 파트너들이 저항력을 갖추는 것>이 목표라며 <일본·남·호주가 이 전략의 최종목적에 기여>할 것을 명시하고 있다. 미국은 남·대만을 지렛대로 끊임없이 북·중국에 도발하는 한편 쿼드를 앞세워 합동군사연습을 벌여왔다. 8월에도 미남합동북침핵전쟁연습으로 코리아반도정세를 격화시켰을뿐아니라 쿼드합동해상연습 <말라바르21>를 실시해 중국을 극도로 자극했다.
3. 주남미군은 인도·태평양전략하에 감행되는 제국주의침략전쟁의 돌격대다. 최근 미국방수권법(NDAA)에서는 <2만8500의 주남미군은 코리아반도를 안정시키는 힘이며 모든 동맹국들을 안심시키는 역할>, <미국과 동맹국·파트너들에 대한 공격을 억지하기 위해> 주둔한다면서 침략적 본색을 분명히 했다. 미군의 주둔이야말로 현시기 세계민중의 생명과 존엄을 위협하는 근원이다. 바이든<정부>는 아프간에서의 패퇴로 인한 군사·외교적 위기를 <반북반중전선>강화로 모면하려 하나 미국의 대북대중침략책동은 오히려 제국주의의 패퇴와 몰락을 촉진할 것이다. 미국은 전쟁의 화근인 주남미군부터 코리아반도에서 즉시 철거하라!

[Spokesperson report 449 – the comment in front of the White House 91]
The U.S. should immediately withdraw the U.S. troops from South Corea which is the assault troops of the invading scheme against North Corea and China!
1. The U.S.-centered aggression collusion to strengthen the “anti-Chinese line” is becoming more and more explicit. Biden “administration” will hold the first-ever meeting Quad summit with leaders from Japan, India, and Australia at the White House on September 24. The White House revealed its hegemonic intention as the meeting shows that the Biden administration places a “top priority of engaging in the Indo-Pacific in responding to the challenges of the 21st century.” This is after Biden’s speech to the public after the withdrawal of U.S. troops in Afghanistan on August 31, mentioning China and Russia, and emphasizing that he should focus on “New Challenges.” It undisguisedly revealed the intention in military and political collusion under the pretext of “China containment.”
2. The Indo-Pacific Strategy is a scheme of war against North Corea and China as part of the U.S. hegemonic strategy. In January, according to the declassified Indo-pacific strategy document, U.S. administration stated that its ultimate goal is that the “U.S. and its partners on every continent are resistant to Chinese activities” and “Japan, South Corea, and Australia to contribute to the end states of this strategy.” The U.S. has constantly provoked North Corea and China by the leverage with South Corea and Taiwan, while U.S. has been conducting joint military exercises with Quad in the forefront. Even last month, not only did the U.S.-South Corea joint military nuclear war exercise to invade North Corea intensify the situation on the Corean peninsula, but it also carried out a Quad joint naval exercise “Malabar 2021” and highly provoked China.
3. The U.S. troops in South Corea are the assault troops in the war of imperialist aggression conducted under the Indo-Pacific strategy. At the recent National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), it was clear the aggressive nature that “28,500 U.S. forces in South Corea is a power to stable the Corean peninsula and the role to stable all alliances” and would be stationed “to deter against attacks to the U.S., its alliances and partners.” The presence of the U.S. troops is the root of threats to the lives and dignity of the people of the world today. The Biden “administration” tries to escape the military and diplomatic crisis caused by the defeat in Afghanistan by intensifying the “anti-North Corea and anti-China line,” but the U.S. aggressive scheme against North Corea and China will rather promote the defeat and collapse of Imperialist. The U.S. should immediately withdraw the U.S. troops, the source of the war, from South Corea!
