바이든<정부>는 대북인권소동을 중단하고 전쟁의 화근인 주남미군을 철거하라!
1. 바이든<정부>가 출범후 처음으로 대북제재를 발표했다. 미재무부 해외자산통제국(OFAC)은 북의 중앙검찰소, 리영길국방상 등을 제재명단에 추가하며 <강제노동, 지속적 감시, 자유·인권의 심각한 제한> 등을 강변했다. 미국의 이같은 대북인권소동은 대북고립압살책동의 일환으로 반북침략을 위한 상투적인 명분쌓기라는 것은 이미 세상에 공개된지 오래다. 그러면서 미유엔대사는 종전선언과 관련해 <미국은 북과 대화와 외교를 통해 코리아반도의 지속적인 평화를 이루고자 계속 노력하고 있다>며 비열한 2중술책을 구사하고 있다.
2. 미국의 반제자주세력에 대한 인권소동·내정간섭은 제국주의침략책동의 일환이다. 바이든<정부>는 제국주의연합세력을 동원해 대중인권소동을 벌이며 베이징올림픽에 대한 정치적 보이콧을 확산시키고 있다. 겉으로는 <하나의 중국>을 말하면서도 실제로는 남중국해에 전력을 집중하고 군사연습을 벌이며 대만에 미군을 주둔시키고 있다. 러시아에 대해서도 마찬가지다. 러시아·우크라이나의 갈등을 악용해 고강도 대러제재를 강화하는 한편 미공군소속 RC-135정찰기를 파견해 러국적민간여객기에 근접비행해 위협하고 흑해상공에 미군P-8A초계정찰기를 전개하며 일촉즉발의 전쟁상황을 조성했다.
3. 미국의 제국주의침략책동이 심화될수록 반제자주세력과의 대격돌은 필연이다. 미국이 벌이는 인권소동의 본질은 고립압살책동이며 사실상 저강도침략책동에 해당한다. 미국은 반제자주세력에 대한 적대시정책으로서 고립압살책동과 핵전쟁책동을 동시에 감행하며 인류말살의 3차세계대전·핵전을 획책하고 있다. 이러한 사실은 미제침략세력이야말로 인권의 교살자이자 세계민중의 자주권을 유린하는 원흉이라는 것을 보여준다. 코리아민중을 비롯한 세계민중의 미제침략세력을 향한 분노와 청산의지는 지극히 당연하다. 미국이 살 수 있는 유일한 방도는 대북인권소동을 포함한 내정간섭·적대시정책을 당장 취소하고 전쟁의 화근인 주남미군을 비롯한 세계주둔미군을 모두 철거하는 일이다.

The Biden “administration” should stop ‘human rights rackets’ against North Corea and withdraw U.S. troops from South Corea, the root cause of war!
1. The Biden “administration” announced sanctions against North Corea for the first time after its inauguration. The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) in the U.S. Department of the Treasury added the Central Prosecutors Office of North Corea and the minister of the People’s Armed Forces Ri Yong-gil to the list of sanctions and insisted that the workers of North Corea are subjected to “forced labor, constant surveillance, and severe restrictions on their exercise of human rights and fundamental freedoms.” It has been released to the world long ago that the ‘human rights rackets’ of the U.S. against North Corea are the old pretext for anti-North Corea aggression as the part of the isolation and squeezing scheme against North Corea. At the same time, the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, using the despicable double-dealing scheme about the end-of-war declaration, said “The United States continues to be committed to achieving lasting peace in the Korean Peninsula through dialogue and diplomacy with the DPRK.”
2. The ‘human rights rackets’ and the interference in internal affairs against the anti-imperialist forces by the U.S. are used as a part of the imperialist aggressive scheme. The Biden “administration” spreads the political boycott of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, gathering the imperialist allied forces and making ‘human rights rackets’ against China. Outwardly, they say “one China,” but in reality, they concentrates their forces on the South China Sea and conducts military exercises, while stationing the U.S. troops in Taiwan. It happens same to Russia. Abusing the conflict between Russia and Ukraine to strengthen sanctions to the high-level against Russia, the U.S. created the ‘hair-trigger’ war situation by dispatching RC-135 reconnaissance aircraft belonging to the U.S. Air Force and threatening Russian civilian airplane with flying close, and by deploying the U.S. P-8A patrol reconnaissance aircraft over the Black Sea.
3. As the imperialist aggressive maneuvers by the U.S. get intensified, the big confrontation with the anti-imperialist and independent forces becomes unavoidable. The essence of ‘the human rights rackets’ against the North Corea committed by the U.S. is the scheme to isolate and squeeze, and in fact, is the aggressive maneuver in low-level. As simultaneously carrying out the scheme for isolation and squeezing and the maneuvers for nuclear war, which is the hostile policy against the anti-imperialist forces, the U.S. causes World War 3 and nuclear war that annihilates mankind. These facts shows that the U.S. imperialist aggressive forces are the very strangler of human rights and the ring-leader which violates the sovereignty of people in the world. It is very reasonable that people in the world as well as Corea have the anger against the U.S. imperialist aggressive forces and the will for removing the forces. The only way the U.S. can survive is to immediately revoke the policy of interfering in internal affairs and hostility, including ‘the human rights rackets’ against North Corea, and to withdraw all U.S. bases stationed around the world, including the U.S. forces in South Corea, the root cause of war.
