민중민주당(민중당)은 현지시각 6일 워싱턴D.C백악관앞에서 논평 <미국은 코리아와 세계의 안전과 평화를 위협하는 핵전쟁책동을 즉각 중단하라!>를 발표했다.
논평은 <미국은 호주영해에서 호주를 비롯한 일본·영국·캐나다·뉴질랜드 등과 반중·반북침략연습인 탤리스먼세이버연습을 감행하고 있으며 남해군이 참가할 예정이다>라고 전했다.
그러면서 <신임주남미군사령관 라캐머러는 인준당시부터 미일남군사협력강화, 코리아반도에 미국의 전략자산 복귀, 주남미군역외투입, 탄도미사일방어분야의 신기술배치 등 온갖 호전망언을 서슴지 않았다>라고 힐난했다.
계속해서 <미국은 우리민족과 세계민중의 안전과 평화를 위협하는 모든 핵전쟁책동을 당장 중단하고 주남미군부터 즉시 철거해야 한다>라고 힐난했다.

미국은 코리아와 세계의 안전과 평화를 위협하는 핵전쟁책동을 즉각 중단하라!
1. 미국이 주도하는 시브리즈다국적해상합동연습이 흑해에서 감행되고 있다. 32개국병력 5000명, 함정 32척, 항공기 40대 등이 동원된 이번 연습에 대해 시작 전부터 러시아국방부는 <필요하다면 국가안보를 위해 대응할 것>이라고 경고하며 취소를 강력히 요구했다. 미국은 호주영해에서 호주를 비롯한 일본·영국·캐나다·뉴질랜드 등과 반중·반북침략연습인 탤리스먼세이버연습을 감행하고 있으며 남해군이 참가할 예정이다. 미일은 오리엔트실드합동군사연습을 벌이며 중국을 도발하고 있다.
2. 미국중심의 제국주의연합세력은 대북·대중견제를 명분으로 핵전쟁책동을 강화하고 있다. 특히 핵전쟁연습중에서 가장 위험천만한 것은 미국이 남·일을 앞세워 벌이는 북침핵전쟁연습이다. 최근 레드플래그다국적합동공군연습중에 미일남합동군사연습을 강행하며 북침전쟁기도를 공공연히 드러냈다. 지난달 미남외교당국간 국장급협의체 <양자정책대화>에서 <미일남협력 중요>, <남일관계개선도 미일남협력의 틀내에서> 이뤄지도록 강박한 이유가 다른데 있지 않다. <동북아 평화·번영>을 해치는 실질적 위협은 미국의 침략적인 동맹과 북침전쟁책동이다.
3. 코리아반도 핵전쟁위기는 주남미군에게서 비롯된다. 신임주남미군사령관 라캐머러는 인준당시부터 미일남군사협력강화, 코리아반도에 미국의 전략자산 복귀, 주남미군역외투입, 탄도미사일방어분야의 신기술배치 등 온갖 호전망언을 서슴지 않았다. 미국이 남을 군사기지화, 대륙침략의 교두보로 삼으려는 한 코리아의 안전과 평화는 계속 위협당하게 된다. 미국의 북침핵전쟁책동은 코리아반도만이 아니라 세계적 범위에서의 핵전쟁위기를 불러오고 있다. 미국은 우리민족과 세계민중의 안전과 평화를 위협하는 모든 핵전쟁책동을 당장 중단하고 주남미군부터 즉시 철거해야 한다.

[Spokesperson Report 430 – in front of the White House 81]
The U.S. must immediately stop nuclear war maneuver that threatens the security and peace on South Corea and the world.
1. The multinational maritime joint exercise Sea Breeze is being conducted in the Black Sea. About this exercise that mobilized 5000 troops from thirty-two countries, 32 ships, and 40 aircraft, the Russian Defense Ministry, even before the start, strongly demanded the cancellation, warning “if necessary, we will respond in the interests of ensuring the security of the Russian Federation.” The U.S. is conducting the Talisman Saver that anti-China and anti-North Corea aggressive exercise with Japan, UK, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia in the Australian territorial waters and the South Corean Navy will participate. The U.S.-Japan is provoking the China by conducting joint military drills for the Orient Shield.
2. The U.S.-centered imperialist coalition forces are strengthening the nuclear war maneuver in the name of anti-North Corea and anti-China containment. In particular, the most dangerous thing among the nuclear war exercises is the nuclear war exercise against North Corea that the U.S. conducts with South Corea and Japan at the forefront. During recent multinational aerial combat training joint exercise Red Flag, they publicly revealed the war attempt against North Corea, pushing ahead with the U.S.-Japan-South Corea joint military drills. There is no other reason why at the director-general level consultative platform “Bilateral Policy Dialogue” between the U.S.-South Corea diplomacy authorities in June last month, forced “the importance of the U.S.-Japan-South Corea trilateral cooperation” and “the improvement of South Corea-Japan relations to take place within the framework of the U.S.-Japan-South Corea cooperation.” The substantial threat that violates “the peace and prosperity in Northeast Asia” is the aggressive alliance and a war maneuver against North Corea of the U.S.
3. The nuclear war crisis in the Corean Peninsula proceeds from the U.S troops in Corea. From the time of confirmation, Paul LaCamera, the new commander of the U.S Forces Corea, has not hesitated to make all kinds of belligerent remarks, such as strengthening the U.S.-Japan-South Corea military cooperation, returning U.S. strategic assets to the Corean Peninsula, sending the USFK to the outside, deploying new technology in the field of ballistic missile defense. As long as the U.S. tries to make South Corea as a military base and the bridgehead of continental invasion, the security and peace of Corea continue to be threatened. The nuclear war maneuver against North Corea of the U.S. is causing the nuclear war crisis not only Corean Peninsula but on a global scale. The U.S. must immediately stop all nuclear war maneuvers that threaten the security and peace of our nation and people of the world, and withdraw U.S. troops from South Corea.
