민중민주당(민중당)은 현지시각 27일 워싱턴D.C백악관앞에서 논평 <북미대화의 절대적 전제는 주남미군철거>를 발표했다.

논평은 <21일 미남북핵수석대표협의에서 미대북특별대표 성김은 <대화와 대결을 모두 언급한 김정은위원장의 최근 발언을 우리 역시 주목했다>, <우리가 곧 긍정적 응답을 받을 수 있다는 의미이기를 바란다>고 말했다>고 전했다. 

그러면서 <바이든<정부>의 <북·미대화>촉구는 상투적인 이중술책이다. 바이든<정부>는 통하지도 않을 <압박과 대화>대북정책을 내세워 북에 대한 침략명분을 쌓고 있다>라고 지적했다.

계속해서 <미국은 북침핵전쟁연습과 대북고립압살책동을 벌이면서 <조건없는 대화>를 강요하고 있다. 주권국가라면 결코 받아드릴 수 없는 미국의 침략적인 <대화>놀음, 패권망동이다.>라고 힐난했다.

북미대화의 절대적 전제는 주남미군철거

1. 21일 미남북핵수석대표협의에서 미대북특별대표 성김은 <대화와 대결을 모두 언급한 김정은위원장의 최근 발언을 우리 역시 주목했다>, <우리가 곧 긍정적 응답을 받을 수 있다는 의미이기를 바란다>고 말했다. 한편 미일남북핵수석대표협의에서는 <유엔안전보장이사회의 대북제재결의를 계속 이행할 것>, <안보리이사국들에 북이 국제사회에 가하는 위협을 다루도록 촉구할 것>이라며 북을 적대하는 망언을 내뱉었다.
2. 바이든<정부>의 <북·미대화>촉구는 상투적인 이중술책이다. 바이든<정부>는 통하지도 않을 <압박과 대화>대북정책을 내세워 북에 대한 침략명분을 쌓고 있다. 이같은 사실은 G7정상회의에서 <검증가능하고 되돌릴수 없는 북핵포기>를 강조함으로써 <북완전파괴>망상을 버리지 않은 것을 통해 드러났다. 바이든<정부>는 출범직후부터 현재까지 일본정부와 남코리아군을 동원한 북침핵전쟁연습을 계속 벌이고 코리아반도주변에 전략무기와 정찰기를 결집시키며 위험천만한 대북군사도발을 연속 감행하고 있다. 한마디로 바이든<정부>의 제국주의침략본색이 노골적으로 드러나고 있다.
3. 북미대화의 절대적 전제는 주남미군철거다. 북미대화의 결과물인 북미공동성명은 다름아닌 미국의 대북침략책동으로 인해 파탄났다. 미국은 북침핵전쟁연습과 대북고립압살책동을 벌이면서 <조건없는 대화>를 강요하고 있다. 주권국가라면 결코 받아드릴 수 없는 미국의 침략적인 <대화>놀음, 패권망동이다. 북이 강조하는 북미관계에서의 <강대강·선대선>원칙은 평등해야 하는 국제관계에서 지극히 상식적이며 합리적이다. 바이든<정부>가 진정 북미대화를 하려거든 이전 대화의 결과물인 북미공동성명을 이행하는 것이 우선이다. 주남미군철거는 공동성명이행의 시금석이다.

The absolute premise of the dialogue between North Corea and U.S. is withdrawal the U.S. troops from South Corea.

1. In the U.S.-Japan-South Corea chief nuclear negotiators’ talks on June 21st, Sung Kim, who is the U.S. special representative for North Corea said “We took note of Chairman Kim Jong Un’s recent statement, referring to both dialogue and confrontation,” “Hopefully the reference to dialogue indicates that we will get a positive response soon.” Meanwhile, the U.S.-Japan-South Corea chief nuclear negotiators’ talks made the reckless hostile remarks to North Corea, saying “We will continue to implement the UN Security Council’s resolution on sanctions against North Corea,” “We will urge the Security Council members to deal with the threat posed by North Corea to the international community.”
2. The Biden administration’s call for North Corea-U.S. dialogue is conventional dual track. The Biden administration is building a cause for invasion of North Corea by asserting the policy of “pressure and dialogue” against North Corea that wouldn’t be working. This fact was revealed at the G7 meeting, the U.S. did not abandon the delusion of “total destruction of North Corea,” emphasizing on “verifiable and irreversible abandonment of North Corea’s nuclear weapons.” From immediately after the inauguration to now, Biden administration has sequentially conducted extremely dangerous military provocation against North Corea, continuously waging the nuclear war exercise against North Corea by mobilizing the Japanese government and South Corean military, assembling the strategic weapon and the reconnaissance aircraft around the Corean Peninsula. In a word, the true color of the aggressive imperialism of the Biden administration is explicitly coming out.
3. The absolute premise of the North Corea-U.S. dialogue is withdrawal the U.S. troops from South Corea. The North Corea-U.S. joint statement which is the outcome of the North Corea-U.S. dialogue broke up by the aggressive maneuvers against North Corea of the U.S. The U.S. is forcing the “unconditional dialogue,” conducting the nuclear war exercise against North Corea and maneuvering the “isolation and choking” against North Corea. This is the U.S.’s aggressive playing “dialogue” and hegemonic irrational acts that sovereign nation would never accept. The principle of “strength for strength and goodwill for goodwill” in North Corea-U.S. relations that the North Corea stressed is quite common-sense and reasonable in international relations that should be equal. If the Biden administration is truly going to engage in dialogue with North Corea, the priority is to implement the North Corea-U.S. joint statement which is the result of the previous dialogue. The withdrawal of the U.S. troops from South Corea is the touchstone of the implementation of the joint statement.
