코리아민족과 세계민중들은 단결된 힘으로 미국의 제국주의침략책동을 반드시 분쇄할 것이다.
1. 4일 미국방부는 53차미남안보협의회(SCM)을 거론하며 <양쪽은 <동맹>을 상호 강화하고 미래지향적인 방식으로 계속 발전시키기로 약속했다>고 언급했다. 지난달 2일 있었던 SCM에서는 <작전계획>최신화를 합의하고 새로운 전략기획지침(SPG)을 승인했다. 한편 미·일은 외교·국방회의를 통해 새 작전계획수립을 합의할 예정인데 그내용은 대만유사시 초기단계에 미해병대가 일본 규슈에서 대만까지 이어지는 난세이제도에 임시공격용군사거점을 설치한다는 것이다. 이는 미남당국이 <작전계획최신화>를 어떤 방향으로 할지를 확인시켜 준다.
2. 미국은 이미 주남미군을 동원해 코리아반도만이 아니라 그 주변지역까지 핵전쟁위기를 심화시키고 있다. 주남미공군의 U-2S고고도정찰기는 수시로 남중국해·대만해협에 전개하며 감시·정찰활동을 벌이고 있다. 작년 한해만 무려 68번의 물자반입이 있었던 남코리아 경북 성주 사드(THADD·고고도미사일방어체계)기지는 남을 미국의 MD(미사일방어)체계에 편입시키는 것이며 그 감시체계는 북만이 아니라 중국까지 포괄하고 있다. 작년초 당시주남미군사령관 에이브럼스는 주남미군의 전개범위가 코리아반도를 포함한 인도·태평양지역이라며 호전적 망언을 내뱉기도 했다.
3. 미국을 중심으로 한 제국주의연합세력의 침략책동으로 새해벽두부터 핵전쟁위기가 심화되고 있다. 제국주의연합세력은 코리아반도에서의 핵전쟁책동만이 아니라 중국·대만, 러시아·우크라이나의 갈등을 획책하고 중동에서의 혼란을 가중시키고 있다. 특히 주남미군을 동원해 남코리아를 미국의 군사기지화하며 세계의 화약고로 전락시키고 있다. 미제침략세력에 대한 코리아민족의 반미항전과 세계민중들의 반제공동투쟁은 정의며 필연이다. 작년 한해 자주와 평화를 향해 전진해온 코리아민족과 세계민중들은 머지 않아 단결된 힘으로 미국의 제국주의침략책동을 반드시 분쇄할 것이다.

With the united power, Corean nation and World people are surly going to defeat the imperialist aggressive maneuvers of the U.S.
1. On January 4th, the U.S. Department of Defense remarked that they develop the U.S.-South Corea alliance “in mutually reinforcing and future-oriented manner,” mentioning the 53rd Security Consultative Meeting (SCM). At the 53rd SCM on December 2nd, they pledged to update relevant operation plans (OPLANs) and approved the new Strategic Planning Guidance (SPG). Meanwhile, the U.S. and Japan would likely reach an agreement to formulate a new operational plan at the meeting of foreign and defence ministers. The contents of the plan are estimated that, at the initial stage of a Taiwan emergency, the U.S. Marine Corps will set up temporary bases for on the Nansei island which connects the Kyushu of the Japan and Taiwan. It confirms the direction where the U.S. and South Corea will pursue the OPLANs.
2. Mobilizing the U.S. troops in South Corea, the U.S. accelerates the nuclear war crisis in not only the Corean peninsula and but the surroundings. The U-2S high altitude reconnaissance aircraft operated by the U.S. Air Force in South Corea frequently deploys to South China Sea and Taiwan strait and conducts the surveillance and reconnaissance. The Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) base in Seongju, South Corea, where the supplies were delivered 68 times in the last one year, is the attempts of the U.S. to involve South Corea into the Missile Defense system of the U.S. The reconnaissance system covers not only North Corea but China. In the early of last year, the commander of U.S. troops in South Corea, Robert Abrams made a hostile reckless remark that the range of the deployment of the U.S. troops in South Corea is the Indo-Pacific region including the Corean peninsula.
3. Due to the aggressive maneuvers of the U.S.-centered imperialist allied forces, the nuclear war crises have been intensifying since the beginning of a new year. The imperialist allied forces plans for the nuclear war scheme on the Corean peninsula, but also plans conflicts between China and Taiwan, and between Russia and Ukraine and intensifies the confusion in the Middle East. Especially, mobilizing U.S. troops in South Corea, the U.S. makes the South Corea a military base of the U.S. and degrades into the world’s explosive warehouse. The anti-U.S. resistance war of the Corean nation and the anti-imperialist joint struggle of the world people are justice and inevitable. The Corean nation and World people who have been advancing toward independence and peace last year, will surely crush down the imperialist aggressive scheme of the U.S. with the united power in near future.
