세계의 평화와 안전을 위한 유엔 역할의 회복은 반제반미공동투쟁의 승리에 있다
1. 일찍이 미거수기로 전락한 유엔이 그마저도 안되며 유명무실해지고 있다. 최근 미국주도의 대북제재강화가 중국과 러시아의 반대로 무산됐고 우크라이나전을 명분으로 한 대러조치들도 채택되지 못했다. 만장일치로 운영되는 유엔안보리(안전보장이사회)에서 중국과 러시아가 거듭 거부권을 행사했기에 그렇다. 지난달 9일 유엔총회에서도 중국과 러시아는 대북제재에 대해 <일부 해제하고 연합훈련을 중단해야 한다>, <추가제재는 인도주의적 상황을 악화시킬 수 있다>며 반대의사를 분명히 했다.
2. 미국은 제멋대로 움직일 수 없는 유엔 대신 나토와 G7를 강화하며 침략·패권야욕을 노골화하고 있다. 최근 열린 G7회의에서의 주요의제는 대러추가제재였고 나토정상회의의 주요의제는 새전략개념채택과 스웨덴·핀란드의 나토가입건이었다. 새전략개념을 통해 나토는 대러침략기구에서 대러·대중·대북침략기구로 탈바꿈하며 핵전쟁소굴임을 드러냈다. 나토정상회의결과 스웨덴·핀란드의 나토가입확정으로 우크라이나전이 유럽전으로 확전되고 있으며 나토의 세력이 인도·태평양지역까지 확대되며 남코리아전·대만전을 촉발시키고 있다.
3. 세계질서파괴의 주범은 그 누가 아닌 제국주의우두머리 미국이다. 이는 안보리상임이사국에 일본을 추가하고 러시아를 퇴출시키려는 모략을 통해서도 드러난다. 당초 유엔은 2차세계대전에서의 국제반파쇼전선승리의 성과로 세워진 국제기구다. 여기에 전범국이자 군국주의부활을 획책하는 일본을 추가하고 승전국이자 국제반파쇼전선을 이끈 소련을 계승한 러시아를 퇴출시키려는데서 미국의 침략·패권본색이 드러난다. 유엔이 미거수기에서 탈피하고 세계의 평화와 안전을 위한 본연의 역할을 회복하는 길은 반제반미공동투쟁의 승리에 있다. 그날은 머지않았다.

Restoring the UN’s role for world peace and security lies in the victory of anti-imperialist and anti-US joint struggle
1. The United Nations (UN) had previously been a rubber stamp of the US and is becoming obsolete. Recently, the US-led strengthening of sanctions against North Corea failed due to opposition from China and Russia, and measures against Russia were not adopted in for the Ukraine war. This is because China and Russia unanimously reiterated their opposition in the UN Security Council (UNSC). At the UN General Assembly on the 9th of June, China and Russia clearly made objections to sanctions against North Corea, saying “the US needs to ease sanctions in certain areas and end joint military exercises,” “additional sanctions may aggravate the humanitarian situation.”
2. Because the US cannot freely control the UN anymore, the US is strengthening NATO and G7 aggression and hegemony, which becomes more and more obvious day by day. The main agenda of the recent G7 meeting was about additional sanctions against Russia, and the main agenda of NATO summit was the adoption of a new strategic concept and the accession of Sweden and Finland’s to NATO. Through the new strategic concept, NATO transforms from an aggressive organization against Russia to an aggressive organization against Russia, China and North Corea and reveals clearly that it’s the vehicle of nuclear war. As a result of the NATO summit, Sweden and Finland completed NATO accession talks and the Ukraine war is escalating into a war in Europe. NATO’s forces are expanding to the Indo-Pacific region and provoking war exercises in South Corea and Taiwan.
3. The main culprit responsible for destroying world order is the US, the head of imperialistm, not anyone else. This is also reflected in the plots to elect Japan as a non-permanent seat member of the UN and to expel Russia in the UNSC. Initially, the UN was an international organization established as an achievement of the victory of the international anti-fascist front in World War II. The true nature of the US’s aggression and hegemony is revealed by electing Japan, which is a war criminal country, and planning to revive militarism, and to expel Russia, which succeeded the Soviet Union as a victorious country that led international anti-fascist front. The way for the UN to shed rubber stamp of the US and restore its original role for world peace and security lies in the victory of anti-imperialism and anti-US joint struggles. The time is at hand.
